I coordinated with Micah from Property Pics when looking to find a new photographer for my listing…read morephotos. I asked for quotes for two homes and ended up choosing to work with him on one. He asked to meet at 8am after my original request of a midday appointment. Upon arriving he commenced photos without a tripod, and was done with a rather large home in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately upon receiving the photos, they were not representative of the very lovely home, with many images visibly grainy, off colored, poorly framed and in nearly every photo with a reflective surface, Micah was visible. While he did provide more photos than promised, they were not even remotely close to the standard I expect from listing photos. When I reached out to Micah to respectfully let him know, he implied the photos quality was because of the time of day (which he chose) and because I got the 'basic' package (I wasn't aware of any packages, and I find it shocking that even a basic package wouldn't include HDR or even the basics of editing). After reviewing images more closely, I felt that quite frustrated by the situation and the quality of the images, and requested a refund from Micah. He refused and offered only to "retouch" 10 of the images, which is just a pitiful response in regards to unusable photos. It's a shame that it had to go this way, but I will be looking elsewhere for photos where I know I can get a professional photographer who will provide skillfully taken and processed images as requested.

He was easy to communicate with through email and when we met to do the engagement photos, I could immediately trust him to find good backgrounds, lighting, poses, etc. That let me focus on hubby. We got the pictures quickly through a Dropbox link, which was convenient since I don't live in Tucson. For our wedding, he knew the venue already so I gave a few instructions and then trusted him to make the rest look great. He was easy going and quick and dependable. It was great. Even better? He had the photos online and on a CD that he hand delivered to our hotel hours before we left Tucson, the next day. Wow!! And as part of our package with the venue, we got a free photo album once I told him my favorites. I dropped the ball on that and emailed him a year later to ask if I could still get that done.
