I beat these 2 cases where I was beat up by the Warrensburg Police as a prose lawyer for just asking for help at the Division of Family Services for not committing any crimes because I was recording how the DFS employees were treating me and violated my 1st Amendment Constitutional Rights and the police open my truck door and did a warrantless search of my vehicle under the Plainview doctrine which is a 4th Amendment Constitutional Rights and demand my identity and said what crime did I commit and then the police retaliated against me and solicited a criminal trespass warning for no crime. Traci Fann is a Judge and was friends with the Warrensburg Judge James Roy Hall and his wife to find me guilty. Traci Fann will violate your rights and withhold exculpatory evidence to work the court so you can't sue the police for excessive force under Graham v Connor where I was taken to the hospital with injuries and was a client of the Division of Family Services and they refused to help me violating the Americans with Disability Act.
