Rachel at Waste Network wrote back to us promptly after we requested an estimate through their website, and continued to communicate with us in a timely manner as we sorted out pricing and scheduling. Within a couple of weeks of our initial contact, Waste Network was at our house picking up our unwanted stuff. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and invoiced us electronically the same afternoon, at half the cost of the other company's quote. I could wish they had included the extra $35 disposal fee for our old dehumidifier in their original estimate, but that's really just a minor quibble (there was mention a $35 fee for TVs/monitors, which apparently extends to some other large electronics). Overall we are very happy to finally have the old junk that was hanging around our property cleaned up and gone!

He contacted me immediately after my post on yelp and was at my house 24 hrs later. He gave me a very fair flat rate on removing a good amount of stumps and by the yard for soil/mulch. On top of that, I got stuck in the mud with my skid steer and Mike volunteered to give me a tow without me asking him. Lastly, I had two different dumpsters for this job and Mike was able to pick up the first one right when I had it loaded up, allowing me to maximize the time I had with the skid.
