Please before yelp takes this review off saying it wasn't first hand review it was my partner and I BOTH paid this man as he told us he was an architect he sent both of us emails ,stephs name is on the client letter because it was easier for her to deal with him as i was at work yelp can see on mid kent planning that it is my name on all correspondence i would like to say to yelp that this a an honest review of a conman. and it seems ridiculous that it was taken off i suppose he emailed you saying i wasn't the client WE both were this is how awful this man is when i asked for advise on would i need the old house under pinning ,he told me NO .i have now spoken to a professional who said the mans an idiot ,the old house would collapse ....on your advert at the top of this page it says architects HES NOT!!!!!!! please don't anyone ever use kcr design keith rogers is NOT a architect he uses logos on his website that are not true he said he was kent trading standards approved HES NOT he said he was LABC approved HES NOT he told us he couldn't draw ,didn't do emails this was after he took £1700 of our money ,which we are now fighting to get back read more
