We made an appt for the next day. The problem is that they never showed up! I contacted them asking if they were coming and was told that they got roo busy and would come past the next day. This was after 4 hrs of waiting. The next day they did not show up until 7:30 pm, started the job and left. Shortly after, they texted me stating that they did not know that my tree was as large as it was ( I sent pictures) and that they would come back and complete the rest of the job tomorrow. They then had the nerve to request more than half of the amount without finishing the job! They completely hacked away my bushes and left debris and trash all over my lawn. They knocked over my lawn lights and did not put things back in place. To date they still have not completed the job. I try to give new business owners a chance but when they have no respect and courtesy I am almost forced to write a review to prevent this from happening to other folks! You should have been honest and let me know that the job was too much for you... transparency is the key to good customer service! -0 star rating.

None of which followed through with anything. Never returned calls and when they did call to set up appointments, they either didn't show, or showed up promising an estimate, never to be seen or heard from again. Luke, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My first call, I was called back almost instantly. He came when he said he would ON TIME!! He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning.
