Not every student will get it or have identical improvements but Mathnasium has done a great job so far and I'm seeing strides. I drop my child off on average about 10 minutes early. The manager was always late to open the facility. The manger did not offer proper training. I was fired without any warning or opportunity to improve whatever it was she thought I was doing wrong. I saw that there was only one white student, but it was not clear why this was so. The children were treated like automatons: (jam as much learning into them as fast as you can). I watched as a teacher humiliated a child to the point of tears in front of his father, me, and other students. I would not recommend sending a child here. Basically the tutoring consisted of reviewing their homework and giving them their next homework assignment. Never did get paid despite several emails and phone calls to the then manager. Some people enjoy the job there, but I thought I was deceiving the very parents who spent good money to send their kids there. Training? There wasn't any.
