The unit was clean when we started, and remained so for the months we had to store. Because we were moving quickly and did not want to miss the check returning our unused time and deposit, they agreed to let us know when it was ready after we had surrendered our key. They did, and we are pleased. The security of the site is excellent, and really the only complaint is the mess of dead bugs in the halls from time to time due to their continually treatment to control them. Highly recommend these storage units. Management is on-site, so things are tended to as they need to be.

Then they use excuse since key wasn't there on time they will charge another full months rent instead of partial yet when I move in they are just fine with charging partial month.. If you need a moving truck to unload in this facility good luck. Very hard to maneuver a truck around. The only way is putting it in reverse and hoping you got someone with you to guide you back. Very annoying, Lots of other places to rent at if your looking for a storage unit.
