When I first spoke to Sean he quoted me $450 to $500 to put upholstery on the front seats of my 1968 Camaro. Sean also shared pictures of work done by another local upholsterer on a classic car and asked me "what do you see wrong here?" I said the seams don't line up. Sean said exactly, and the owner of the car was not happy. When I called to pick my seats up, Sean said the cost was $700 because he had to do a lot more work than expected on the seats, I don't have an issue with that because I was aware of the quality work he does. The disappointment for me was high when I looked at the crooked seams of my passenger seat (pictured). The gentleman working with Sean told me that the seat foams I had purchased were the thickest they've seen, and that thr passenger seat upholstery wouldn't align probably because of the age and wear of the seat frame. Truthfully, I don't believe the passenger seat frame would have taken anywhere near the wear as my driver's seat frame has, and the seams align perfectly on my driver's seat. Just had Sean replace the headliner in my 1994 GMC Crewcab Dually. His workmanship is flawless!! I think it actually might look better than the factory one.
