The service was quite quick considering that there was group of young Spanish boys getting their burgers too. We had big burger and big cheese-burger. Both were cleanly done, meat was just right, taste was very good too. We also ordered small fries which were fresh and salty - very tasty. We had to try it because we are only in Europe for a couple of days. There was only one person in line in front of us when we ordered, our food came out quickly. However, by the time we ordered, the line was out the door, I think a tour bus pulled up. I could not believe how slow and inefficient the staff was. First of all, there was only one person on the cash register at noon. Second, the staff did not move any faster when we walked in compared to when we left. The line was still really long after we were done eating. Yes, our meals were good, almost as good as the advertisement. A little bit of home when traveling overseas.
