He called me a couple days later and asked if he came by and made me the key (he never did) he scheduled a time for the next day to come out and never called and never showed up.. A WEEK LATER! I called and he said he left a voicemail and said he was coming over (which I never got and I'm home most days all day and never saw him). He told me he was going to come over today "around noon" and it is currently almost 5:30 and haven't heard a SINGLE word from him. I'm trying to sell my house and need a house key by tomorrow and he knows that. Trying to call now but know body is answering the phone. How do you schedule a time on spectate occasions and never show up?

Ordered the part we needed, and replaced our front door lock. He was very polite, reasonably priced didn't hesitate to do all of the extra things we kept coming up with. Saving his card for future reference so when we get our new home built, we can have him come do all of our door hardware and locks!

HEATHER T has no idea what she is talking about. Her "NEW" key gut stuck in the ignition because she purchased an inferior key from China. We cut 20-30 a week of our blanks with no issues. She was not at the location for an hour, we were busy but yet she only had to wait less than 20 min. She came back because we told her we would not program an unknown key and she said her husband would program it his self, when he couldn't she came back and we explained to her AGAIN that we don't program unknown keys purchased from Amazon etc. We did offer to go ahead and program it for her even though there are signs posted that we do not offer that service. No one will guarantee electronics will work when they have no idea where it was purchased and where it was made. They just do not work. If she would have read where she purchased it they say it has to be programmed. No one will do it for free. Trying to save money by buying cheap does not work. We use OEM remotes and keys so that we CAN guarantee they will work and will fix it if there is a problem. You get what you pay for. read more
