Service is awful. My NEW key they cut got stuck in the ignition! Had to wait over an hour to get my key cut, then didn't have time to have it programmed. I came back the next day and they said it was $85 no guarantee! Waste of time and money. I do NOT recommend this place Zero stars read more

Keevers Key was a huge disappointment this morning! I purchased two key fobs off of remotesremotes.com for my Kia Rio. On the website when you search for authorized and supported locksmiths for this product Keevers is the very first one in my area listed. I was told my the Remotes company that Keevers "requested" to be on their site as a vendor. Upon arriving at Keevers the lady who runs the office was NOT helpful. All she was interested in was selling me THEIR casings and keys. She does not and will not service and/or program this aftermarket fob or keys after requesting to be put on their site as a vendor to do so. I am extremely disappointed in the way she handled the business. They are the number 1 provider in this area when you are in a crunch, they will come help but it is costly. I am appalled that they would request to be added a service provider for an online key company only to use it as a ploy to get you to their establishment to sell you THEIR product at a large mark up. Once again, because they are the only one available with 30miles in this area. For future references any True Value hardware store is now equipped to program these fobs, and cut the keys, and will do so at a very affordable price with no intent to up sale you their products. I went by there for a transponder ignition key. They were very helpful and had cut a new key and coded it within 10 minutes. I had a valet key and didn't know it. She made me a Master key that would fit all the locks on the car without asking. Now, that's customer service. Great place to do business. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Along with great pricing! I was late for a meeting in High Point and my van barely started. Keever repaired my ignition and cut a new key for me in less than a half an hour. They also made me a master key incase I lock my keys in my van. They were very efficient and very nice. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. read more

What a great place. It was great to walk into a friendly place where people know what they're doing. I had 2 brand new deadbolts that needed to be rekeyed. Recently got a used van that had an issue with the back lock and door opening mechanism. I dropped by Keevers and they fixed the lock in about 30 minutes. They also showed me why the door handle wasn't working and gave me a suggestion on how to fix it. The suggestion worked and I saved a trip to the auto shop. While I was waiting I was listening to them taking calls and dispatching technicians to help folks who had locked themselves out of their car (apparently this happens a lot). They were super nice to everyone and were doing everything they could to get to those in need ASAP. I was really impressed and they will definitely be the first ones I call if I ever need a locksmith. read more
