I contacted this company for a deep clean and a subsequent monthly cleaning. The date of the deep clean, the lady failed to show. Luckily, the owner Daphne messaged me back and was able to reschedule another cleaner for the following. This review would be for 1 star if it wasn't for Daphne actually being responsive with me through text. Anyways, today, the cleaner finally came. I was told 9:30, but she told me 10, but she arrived at 11. However, she at least updated me through text that she was in traffic, so I'm not faulting her for being late. Even though I have a 2bed/1 bath apt, my husband and I just decided to ask her to clean the kitchen/dining area, and bathroom. She was here from approx 11am - 3:30am. First of all, she only brought a bucket and some sponges/cleaning solution. No vacuum or anything, so she had to use my swiffer and cheapy vacuum (which is all we had) lol. Anyways, when she was done, she didn't ask if I was satisfied or asked me to look it over. I checked the areas she cleaned after she left, and this is the summary: BATHROOM: side of the tub was still dirty and not wiped (see photo), sink area was really wet and not dried. The mirrors at least looked good and the inside of the tub was okay (though it wasn't that bad to begin with). Funny story, she didn't know how to flush our toilet LOL there's a bidet switch on the side, but the toilet had a regular flush handle on the normal area of all toilets, but she said she couldn't figure out how to flush it lol DINING AREA: she only wiped part of our table... you can clearly see where she wiped, and a quarter of the table was not even wiped and you could see the leftover crumbs there (see pic). She also didn't vacuum or clean the floor under our toddler's high chair. She literally just went around the chairs and didn't bother to move it aside to clean or to clean under it. (Again, see pic) KITCHEN AREA: she wiped the exterior of our fridge (did not clean inside of our fridge), and the sink area was extremely wet again. She also noticeably just wiped around things as I lifted the toaster on the counter, and all the crumbs were still underneath. There were also splashes of food above the sink and oven that were not wiped and were very noticeable (see pic). She also did not even clean inside the microwave. My instant pot and air fryer were on the counter, and she did not wipe those appliances either or wipe underneath. She literally just wiped around things (keep in mind I paid for a deep cleaning). She also did not clean inside of my oven - just a light wipe on the outside. She also was on the phone a few times yelling at her daughter which to me seemed unprofessional. Overall, I REALLY wanted to like this company but I was disappointed. CONTACT YELP FOR A REFUND CAUSE THE BUSINESS WILL NOT RESPOND Would not recommend for move out cleaning. The merchant pay portal is sketch. I had to ask for a receipt multiple times after putting down a deposit and paying for the remaining invoice, then was told my receipt won't match the invoice due to a technical issue. As for the service, one cleaner was sent to do 3 hours of work. The cleaner showed up with only a bucket and rags, which immediately raised concerns of not having the proper equipment to do a suitable job. A number of services or items advertised to be included in the general move out cleaning such as ceiling fans, vents, oven range and bath tub were missed. The business will offer to send a cleaner back if unsatisfied, but I had to specify every detail what was missed and what should be cleaned through multiple back and forth text messages. It shouldn't take repeat visits and the customer having to specifically point out what was missed. As "professionals", the cleaners should know what is adequate and do a good job the first time around. I eventually ran out of time and had to turn the keys over, to which the landlord advised getting a refund cause the work done was not acceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just for context, I secured full move out cleaning for 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome on June 6th for a cleaning date of June 23rd (including carpet shampoo). I've been hesitant to post this because the owner, Daphne, promised me a full refund on June 28th and has been ignoring my calls and texts since July 10th after many attempts at being patient. Not only is this cruel, but shows that this business owner Daphne is here to scam people. If she said "I could pay you back $100 a month" I'd be fine with that because I KNOW people are not perfect and that grace should be given, but without any acknowledgment, I just hope no one else falls victim to this horrible company. On June 22nd I had to call Daphne because she didn't let me know who would come clean. In the conversation, she said "our carpet shampoo machine is broken so just pay the cleaner $50 less in cash". I told her to cancel the service and refund my deposit of $210 because that's what I needed the most and that I would find someone else (WISH I DID). Ten minutes after that conversation, she called back and said "the cleaner coming tomorrow has her own machine, we should be good!" June 23rd - cleaner comes at 8am, DOES NOT HAVE SHAMPOO MACHINE. When I asked her where it was, she told me someone was on their way to bring it. I didn't have any reason to doubt her, so I let her in and left. She finishes at 1:15pm. I didn't make it out in time to check her work so she just left. When I checked the house, floor felt like nothing was vacuumed or mopped, fridge, oven, bathrooms and general kitchen area (all drawers) were not cleaned. Our house was not hard to clean and most of it was wiping and dusting! My main concern was the carpet and clearly it wasn't done. Contacted Daphne and she advised she would send another cleaner and said "this is the second time I've gotten complaints about her", so again, with grace I felt like, great, she will make it right. June 25th - was promised another cleaner was going to meet me at 9:30am. Waited an hour at the house on my lunch break - no one showed up. Called Daphne and she said cleaner got into an accident. Cleaner notified her at 9:12am but she didn't have the decency to let me know until 10am. June 27th - third set of cleaners come, young kids. Showed them what was missed but AGAIN, no shampoo cleaner. They said the same story as the first girl. I was so frustrated. Same things were not touched. Sent her all the pictures of what was still not done. June 28th - promised me a full refund and asked me for my Venmo. I have been following up since and she has stopped responding to me. The last time she spoke to me on July 8th she said "still working on your refund please bear with me on time". Every time I text or call, it's ignored. On top of the money I paid $510, my landlord charged me $470 for the carpet shampoo that was not done. $980 down the drain and I still had to clean the house myself when I was WILLING to pay someone to do it. Absolutely disgraceful and just stealing money from hard working individuals. I have 4 children and a full time job, so not only was this disheartening, it was a complete waste of my families time. Daphne always had an excuse as to why she didn't get back to me before and now that she is completely silent, I can tell she is not a good person. Let's be honest, as a busy person, I knew I was going to hire someone to clean, simply just to save time, so I didn't touch ANYTHING as I was busy packing up. From the very beginning till end, Daphne and Liseth were so amazing with communication on how things were coming along!! Liseth went above and beyond what I was expecting and she even went into overtime to make sure that my place came out great 100%!! This is a local business and it is so important to support local right now! Kehlani's Cleaning is "SUPER AFFORDABLE" but I still gave extra because of the great job Liseth did!! Poor communication. Never confirmed time, I had to ask multiple times when they were coming. Morning of, she never gave the cleaners my contact info so they were waiting outside for 30 minutes, before I asked where they were. Excuse after excuse with this cleaner. Subpar job cleaning, they were nice and friendly tho. I regret giving them each $20 tip for their cleaning ability. Never got a receipt for my landlord. TLDR: You get what you pay for; nice people; quick responses I will preface by saying that the two cleaners who came (sorry, I don't remember their names), were very nice, cleaned anything I asked them to clean during the walk through, and was responsive to my criticism/requests. I believe I got what I paid for. For a 3 bed, 2 bath condo with carpet cleaning, I only paid $460. However, the cleaners were not quite experienced in my opinion and I had to ask for a lot after they said they were "done". They also didn't bring a normal vacuum, only a wet vacuum but I saw them try their hardest to do what they could with the equipment they had. It wasn't a 5 star clean but I think it's enough that I won't have to do much work after the fact before we list it for sale. I would've also preferred a little more professionalism from the cleaners and the island manager. The cleaners came today in bike shorts/surf shorts and slippers. When I texted the island manager yesterday for confirmation, I simply got my messages "liked", not a conversation. Again, not a make or break thing, just my preference. I forgot to take before vs after photos of the work, or else I would share.
