I don't expect anyone to roll out the red carpet for me or anything, but at the very least, an employee should acknowledge your existence when you walk into their business and let you know to ask if you need any help. Not ignore you completely then act like you're bothering them when you do ask them something. This is why mom and pop stores are dying. I was 100% ready to drop MUCH more money here to buy a specific guitar and amp from this place in order to support a local music store. But now I'm just going to get it all off the Internet for much cheaper. I honestly get friendlier and more helpful interactions from complete strangers on Facebook marketplace.
