Regrets, nothing but regrets for spending a few thousand dollars on hearing aids that break every few weeks. And when we ask why they keep breaking, are we doing something to cause this? They say no, thats just the way it is. Don't worry they are under warranty. So we drive back to Derry about every 6 weeks and have done so for the past year, all the while getting attitude and long waits times to continue to fix a $3000 pair of hearing aids that havent worked for more than 2 months since we bought them. Do not come here, secretaries at this place are very rude. They do not communicate well. Made a appointment with doctor Jorgensen. Without calling me they switched me over to the nurse practitioner when I clearly mention a Doctor Keith Jorgensen. Even when you show up 5 minutes late they will not take you at all... do not come here. read more

I had Jorgensen is kind, through, does not waste time, excellent manners, his nurse has been with him for years and they sure have a system that works. I am pleased that the doc was able to give me so much information as to my ears being sore and different things to do to get more ear into my ears. He took my tonsils out years back and the experience was very comfortable and I felt safe in his care. He is trustworthy and a practicing Catholic. He has bible and tissues in waiting room that caught me off guard and made me nervous to this uncommon reading material in waiting room. However, once you meet him you forget about reading a verse before being in his care. :). The office is in the dated side but it does not matter when you know he does his job well! read more

The doctor I had was nice, had some ideas that got some test done. Those tests lead to concerns being raised. However the staff when getting back to you leaves messages like someone at an auction(Fast, Short, Hard to understand). They have no time for you and If they get abnormal lab results they'll just call you on their way home. You'll have no time to look into the matter and call back. They call everyone at the end of the day. Offer no answers to what that could mean and then pass the buck that its someone elses problem. They said go back to my primary care, but because my primary care didn't make the request and it was community care. The VA said if something comes up the doctors office that conducted the tests can make the referral to the right docotor and simply let them know. The VA had to hound them as I did for a better part of a day to get the lab results as they only faxed over notes. Once the labs were finally in had the nurse looked at the results and stated absolutely they needed the information and to follow up. That the notes they provided would not have been enough. So... Try to get the results of said lab results and it is an impossible task. They won't email them to you via an encrypted PDF. They don't have a patient portal, and if they do I haven't heard of it. And they want to send you a fax. Ask someone to call you back and they won't until the place is closed. It is such poor patient relations and the only other place I've experienced this is the VA healthcare system which surprisingly is getting better than the private sector. The private sector has more policies now that allows them to just pass the buck and say "Not my job." Can you imagine getting information of having a life changing disease or disorder only to be met with someone that could care less? I am so tired of being treated like just a number to get through. I had to go to the VA which took them a better part of a day to get answers. They did a better job getting answers than the actual place that did the test. read more

I visited the Dr. once. I saw his PA twice and he was very knowledgeable. I called because I was having a problem and left a message because PA was going to be out about a week. Never heard back. I called about 2,weeks later the receptionist said she was sorry but he never got the message but did I want to speak to medical assistant? No I don't can't the Dr answer a health question, is anyone covering? No but he'll be back in a week or so. I told her this is poor patient care. I never heard back from them. read more

Would not recommend this practice to anyone. If you want your time and money wasted....give them a call. Had scheduled surgery for sinuses and polyps with them and had discussed in detail how it needed to be done before August 1st, they scheduled it for several days prior to this which I was concerned about because if they needed to reschedule it didn't leave any time. I expressed concerns about this and the had reported I had nothing to worry about. They then called to reschedule the surgery 1 week prior because Dr Jorgensen was going to be out of town. REALLY??? They have no consideration for people's time and schedules and the difficulty scheduling time off of work. If there was a way to give them negative stars I would. read more
