They took two weeks with no updates which made me feel like I wasn't a priority to them and the lady that took my paperwork didn't even do the work, she handed it to someone new I suppose who didn't bother to question why there was only a months worth of taxes paid on the house I have resided the whole 2024. I checked and found that there was missing paperwork but they never bother to call me and ask and finished the paperwork anyways. When I asked them about it Kristen said it wasn't on them because I was responsible for giving them all the paperwork needed but I feel like if I have to do all the thinking and find the mistakes then why am I paying them $375 which is what they charged me even though I decided to go elsewhere to file because the paperwork was wrong. I paid because I was not going to argue with her but I thought maybe paying the whole amount was unfair since the job wasn't completed and I had to pay someone else to do it again. At least meeting me halfway on it and accepting some responsibility would have been the right thing to do imo.Anyways I hope they enjoy my hard earned money.

Guy sat on the phone for forever and then after filing we still got something from IRS, because it was done incorrectly. Business would not resolve it without charging (even though they incorrectly filed) and wouldn't offer ANY money back. Very unpleasant in general. Area is booming w lots of new business probably walking in. Guess they don't need to care about the locals.
