So I wanted a photographer that would be able to capture the emotions of my (now) fiancée and the vibe of the moment, but with an artistic touch. As we were shooting, I could see him racking up his brain to find the perfect angle and elements in the background for his ideas. He went above and beyond-- I had gotten a really bad makeover the day of our engagement photos so he did a second shoot for us the next day. (It's those photos from the second day we ended up using.) She also charged me an extra fee to use debit card (only cash and debit card accept) without informing me. I read some 1 star reviews on google and learned that she has been doing this for a long time and she use the excuse like" accidentally input the wrong number" and " the problem of machine". At the end she did pay my money back but the whole conversation made me uncomfortable as she was implying it is my fault for speaking up for myself and asking for a refund.
