Highly don't recommend! They misspelled both mine and my wife's name almost in every document in my purchase of a house. I am fighting with them to fix it (I live in the house for 2 month already). I found out the assistant, Michele, talking behind my back about me with other companies involve in the process. Important parts of the contract I would never agree too were presented before me at the closing. YOU MUST read every word in the contract you sign.. DO NOT trust them to have your best interest! I lost a lot of money because of poor negotiation on my behalf. They do not represent my best interest, they were only fighting and convincing me to accept of the other party terms. Example: The house included air condition units. Each unit cost about $3000. One didn't work and I got $300 for it. To fix it cost $1100. read more
