He took us on a guided tour of his facility. We got to see the hams in the process of curing and the storage rooms. Also got to see the staff processing bacon and packaging it. We picked up a country ham, several packs of bacon, smoked sausage and some smoked cheddar cheese. We just loved the place and the hospitality! Very nice, clean facility!

Butcher offered other items but I explained it was a birthday meal. He cut more. I thanked him by buying the entire rack. Many items to choose from. Enjoyed he chicken and potato salad.
