The problem is that they never submitted their diagnosis to AHS. I requested it countless times and even tried to help by telling them that the SmartSheet App will make submitting it easier on him after he told me that " Yes I just can't get through to Ahs. So I've been emailing also" and "I can't sit on the phone for 45 minutes" It has been almost a month since this company was assigned and the diagnosis has still not been submitted so a new contractor was assigned. This goes to show that the owner of this company only cares if the customer is paying out of pocket and that he does not have time for customers from a warranty company. I even gave a good review with American Home Shield after their inspection because the first impression was so good. I wish I could take it back .

No apology, no excuse, nothing. I know it's a busy time of year and if they had to reschedule, I would understand, but to totally ignore me is unacceptable and they have to know it. He cleaned the dryer vent duct and disinfected and sanitized all of the home's ducts. He found that the systems pressure was a bit high and the coolant level was low.
