I give Kelcey my absolute highest recommendations!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! She is incredible at what she does and is so easy to work with! I've been researching mortgages since October 2012 to no avail as a result of dealing with brokers who didn't care to give me the time of day. When I finally got through to someone, they all told me the same thing: we're too busy right now.. The lingo used in the mortgage world was something unfamiliar to me, and the brokers I did talk to, didn't take the time to explain things to me. If anything, they made me feel pretty inept for not understanding their world. The rates they gave me were ok, but the amounts they were willing to lend weren't quite enough for our needs. Thank God for Kelcey! A friend recently bought a new home and highly recommended her. She responded immediately to my email and we set up a time to chat on the phone that night! She took the time to explain everything in detail to me which cleared up all that mortgage mystery. We got the absolute best rate with no closing costs or points for 2x the amount of what the other brokers were willing to lend us. She is so dedicated to her job, that sometimes we'd talk on the phone after 10pm (when I was available to talk) or I would get emails from her at 2 or 4 in the morning. I seriously don't think this woman sleeps.. We had a complicated situation, but she was able to facilitate and process everything so easily. Due to factors out of our control, we went past the rate lock deadline, but Kelcey was still able to extend it with no penalty charges. Seriously, working with this woman was a dream come true and I only wish that I knew her when we bought our first home years ago.
