We accepted it since we just started our home search and liked the neighborhood. Everything went quite smoothly until she and her lazy team did not pick up their Lockbox & large For Sale sign still staked in my front lawn weeks after closing despite us reminding them. She did not apologize for that and sent a passive aggressive email to my agent when I sent a final reminder. Someone in her team eventually showed up with no advance notice nor apology whatsoever and knocked on my door early in the morning when I was at work. My contractors were fortunately there that day to answer the door. My final bad experience with her was when we asked if she can reach out to the sellers about something important and she completely ignored us. We have all the emails as proof of her unethical behaviors and horrible communication. This woman is so unprofessional and I don't recommend dealing with her if she's the other party's agent!
