Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. Upon move-in, we were told the upstairs & downstairs had separate AC units with 2 different thermostats controlling each. After bringing up the heating issues, the AC tech informed us that the thermostat downstairs does not control anything & the entire house is running on one unit. The doors were never correctly sealed, resulting in terrible temperature control on the first floor. After mentioning a gas leak to Annette, she agreed to address the issue immediately. She did not address the issue for 4 days. Upon move-out, Annette took over half of our deposit (1 month's rent) without any backup, rhyme, or reason. Aside from how poor her skills are as a property manager, I could not in good conscience recommend her as a real estate agent. She is very deceitful.

Recently we bought another house through Joseph again, experience was terrible. He had his assistant (Kathy) helping us (which wasn't our intention) to buy a property. She (Kathy) was a most incompetent realtor we have dealt with. She was very disorganized, missed our appointment, forgot our final walkthrough appointment date (luckily we confirmed with her one day before the final walkthrough), she COULDN'T help us to get any information (instructions), security codes for the entry door, security cameras password, thermostat password, irrigation control system transfer by the seller . Only key we got from the seller was only for the front door (can't open the back door or garage door). When we asked Kathy about the mailbox keys, she told us we can only get it from the post office not from the seller and she wouldn't want to bother to help us to find out where our mailbox is. We don't feel it's OUR job to make sure Kathy is doing her job or became her secretary to remind her our appointments so we brought up the issues to Joseph, then Joseph went ghost on us! There are many good realtors out there but not this one!

Georgetown Mortgage seemed like a decent mortgage company, at first. Until we received our escrow…read moreshortage amount (which was incorrect). We were told by 3 separate people that we would be receiving an escrow reanalysis & then could pay the correct escrow shortage amount. During this process we also wanted to look into dropping our escrow account & managing it ourselves. We were told that we could request it & they would send us information in the mail. So that's what we did. Today we received a letter in the mail stating that our mortgage had been sold & another company was taking over. Still waiting on our reanalysis & dropping our escrow account we contacted GT mortgage to find out where we were in that process & how we could pay our shortage. Not only were we told that our shortage would now have to go through the new company we were also told that GT mortgage doesn't allow anyone to drop their escrow account. Oh, & we were told that there was not a reanalysis being processed. So, we were lied to. On more than one occasion. And who knows if we'll make the deadline to pay the shortage. Now, our monthly mortgage has gone up & our hands are tied. I do not recommend GT mortgage in any way, shape or form. They seemed like a fine company at the beginning. But the moment that you need something from them you'll get empty promises & a plethora misinformation.
