She was a no show, no call. I reached back out to them the following week and Ryan met my girlfriend and looked at the house and then met with her co-workers to discuss handling it. She finally called to tell me they would handle it, but when we discussed the rental price, she said they could not get that much (which 2 other companies have said we could) and if I wanted to go with another company and that there were a fee things that needed to be done before they could rent it. Did the things they said and had a neighbors relative look at it and show interest in it for the price they said. So I gave the person their info and they talked to her that week about it, Ryan talked to the relative and sent them an application after they called back a second time because they didn't get it the first time (which it was probably never sent). Then I called to arrange everything with Ryan and left a message, I waited and sent a text and never received a call or text back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Karen Kryzanowsky whom was supposed to be marketing and selling my property for the past 18+ months couldn't even send me the correct address and listing for my property when I questioned her about it last week. When I asked as to why I have NOT received a single offer over 18+ months of being in business with Karen, Karen gave excuses to why my property wasn't receiving interest. I simply asked to see the listing which I could NOT find on any search I made. Karen insisted she could see it. However, when I used common search engines to see my property listing, the listing was nowhere to be found. I made recommendations to help market the property on multiple commonly known real estate websites. Karen insisted it already was being automatically marketed on those same websites I recommended from the time she listed it on the MLS. It was NOT. When Karen finally showed me the property she could see but I could NOT, it was the wrong address being marketed by a completely different agent. Since this incident, I have neglected to work with Karen and plain and simple, if you would like for your property to actually be listed and marketed, I would NOT recommend Karen to anyone in search for Real Estate guidance or services.

We recently relocated to Lynchburg from Seattle, with Billy's help. We first met Billy in December…read more2023, while we were visiting family in the area. In our minds, moving to Lynchburg was just a "someday" idea. Knowing that we were just window shopping at the time, Billy took the time to show us three houses that were on the market to give us a flavor of the stock and pricing. Fast-forward six months and circumstances changed such that we were serious about making the move. From 3,000 miles away, we were ready to start shopping, so reconnected with Billy. Billy shared his insights about the listings we liked and arranged to tour a number of properties with our family members in Lynchburg for more perspective. Understanding what we liked and wanted, he also kept an eye out for new listings that were coming to market. Our first offer on a house was unsuccessful, but when we were ready to bid on another and told him "We want to win this one", Billy dug deep into the comps and market trends to help us craft an offer with an escalation clause and wisely waived contingencies that led to a quick win and successful closing. Of course, the journey from an accepted bid to a successful closing on a sight-unseen home three time zones away is no easy task. Billy made it look easy.
