I had the best real estate experience ever. Van from Go Porch was amazing. Always returned calls if he didn't answer right away (which was hardly ever). He totally looked out for us during the process and has even been there for us when I had questions about property taxes. I worked with Sarah Lett, his #2, and she was extremely responsive and sent me everything I needed to process my paperwork for an upcoming hearing. Stephanie stockman and Sherri weibye hired a person to "fix" an irrigation issue at the house we bought. My neighbors came over and told us how long the contractor was here. Weibye responded with a " excuse me who made them the expert? There are a lot of opinions everyone has one sorry it's not under warranty" I've been here 4 months and no warranty? $600 it's cost me so far Sherri. I would never recommend you or Keller Williams. Buyer Beware! Erin Hart (now Erin McLaughlin) sold the worse townhomes with tons of problems built by Michael Nigh. He went by Rockbury 88 for the first phases and went under Nico Development for the last phases. IMHO, I'd stay away from anything this so called "builder" builds. He hires the worst contractors and is cheap. In the look books they straight up lied - they insinuated that some of the appliances were Kohler with the Kohler logo next to the pictures of the Pfister appliances that were installed. The list goes on and on. We contacted the broker Catharine Quinn and she did not care and said it was out fault for not paying attention to the details in the paperwork stating things like fixtures can vary when its marketed everywhere that Kohler is what comes in all of the homes. This is only icing on the rotten cake of things we had to deal with. "Great leadership" for Keller Williams. Erin and Michael should have been more forthright. Lack of integrity is not something I compromise on. I'd stay away from this realtor, broker, and builder. Note: After complaining, they took off Kohler in the last set of look books which is an admittance of guilt. read more

The one star reviews are well deserved. My experience with this office was very negative. I was not happy with my experience with agent Ron Bishop. In my opinion my agent did not keep me adequately informed and did not answer many of my phone calls or answer my questions. I ended up being sued over my deposit. I would have expected the agent to at least email me about deadlines being past or give me a notice to perform. Later I called Ron Bishop to discuss and he hung up on me. I called the broker who apparently owns the office to discuss my situation and she couldn't have been less helpful. I would avoid this office at all costs. Not sure why Keller Williams allows its name to be used by this office, I thought Keller was a reputable company? read more

I would not recommend keller williams Realty to anyone. I recently listed my home with one of the agents. I was displeased with her performance so I asked her broker to assist in correcting the problem. Her broker refused to get involved. The agent I had had not been taught what it takes to be a successful realtor, nor had she learned to fight for her client when it came to negotiations when the potential buyer was trying to lowball the offer due to the buyer and the home inspector colluding together purchase my home well below market value. The home inspector to nitpick our home to death, we ended up with a 79 page inspection of untruths! My agent could not see what was obvious, I did some research and the buyer goes by three different names or the spelling is different but it's the same people.be careful there are scammers out there and even though you have a agent they won't protect you, they resign and leave you hanging! I used a realtor from this place to look at homes for sale. Twice I set up times to meet with him. Twice he never showed up. The second time I got a text after we were supposed to meet that he had fallen asleep. Seriously? I found another realtor to work with. I would not recommend Keller Williams having worked with three of their agents, Janet Parsons, Diane Ralphs, and Shannon Davidson. Janet Parsons, in particular, is the worst agent I have ever come across. I would not recommend using her to list a home or purchase a home. She is thoroughly unprepared, unprofessional, difficult to work with, and uncommunicative. As an example, through the course of selling my home with Janet Parsons, she was an extremely poor negotiator, failed to follow my instructions during the negotiation, failed to document my requests to the buyers, and committed fraud regarding repairs requested by the buyers. Janet Parsons agreed to cover the cost of repairs requested by the buyers, coordinated with contractors for the repairs, and then held off paying one repair (one of the higher cost repairs) until after closing and claimed I was responsible for the cost. Also, in an attempt to complete the deal, coordinated repairs to the home I did not authorize. I would not recommend her to anyone, and I am working to have her license revoked. read more

Selling is home is something I had never done. Where do you start? Juniper and her team apparently have sold hundreds before and I can see why. They were fantastic for us. We were clueless and they have it down to a science. They met with us held our hand through the process and everything they told us to do, (prep work, etc.) was spot on. Kind, friendly and professional. They had the advertising, promotional materials, layout, and everything needed to make a sale happen. The first showing gave great reports to us and sold our house at full asking price quickly! I trust them completely! I love them! I know people have different personalities but I can't understand why anyone would ever give them a negative review. They know their business and do it well. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! First off, NEVER sign their agreement at the beginning, read it for yourself and you'll understand why. The agent I got stuck with was incredibly bad! I had to travel from another area far away and they always had issues meeting with me, they caused me multiple problems during the process and got our closing date wrong. Every part of the process was bad. There were many other things that were very annoying. When putting in a bid on a house, we were left for hours at the S. Allante office because the agent decided to type up another bid for someone else. We didn't leave until 10pm! I will never use Keller Williams again and will be sure to tell people to stay away. The only reason I kept these morons is so I wouldn't lose the house I wanted, since they sell so quickly. Clearly others feel the same way given their reviews. read more

I have worked with other Keller Williams agents in California with great success and admiration. I received a recommendation for this group, in particular a buyer's agent by the name of Maria Taverniti. Marca talked the talk, but did not walk the walk. She was pleasant and friendly but did not seem to understand the urgency of a 1031 exchange, pre-viewing, concentrated efforts, and follow through. It took more than 1 week to get an inspection and then could not get estimates for major repairs fast enough to meet timelines. Along the way, there were difficulties with communication and paperwork. There were minor and some less than minor mistakes that I caught in the paperwork. I had to babysit everything, even the calendar for deadlines. I never did get a written guarantee as promised for permitted work from the seller before I cancelled the transaction on the last contingency extended day. When I finally tried to engage the owner- broker to help, she offered platitudes and excuses; perhaps it was too late by then to salvage the deal. Thank goodness I had a backup alternative REIT or I would have lost a lot of money to taxes because of ineptitude, lack of precision and follow though. I generally don't write 1 star reviews and always give people a second and third chance. I felt like I gave that 2nd, 3rd and even 4th chance during the 40 days we worked together because of the in-house property Marca brought to me. I feel like I got taken advantage of just for being a first time home buyer. It was almost as if by them knowing it was my first home purchase, they rolled out the red carpet to sell me a crappy home. Patti Ascensio first suggested I offer 10k above asking price for a pretty crappy and smelly house because "Competition is crazy". Then she handed me over to Rebekah McKernan who was absolutely terrible during the negotiation process and somehow made me cough up 5 more thousand CASH out of pocket at closing. I tried to get a couple things fixed by the seller during the negotiation process and Rebekah convinced me to just ask for a home warranty that turned out to be absolutely crap and would not pay to fix a single thing. I can go on and on over the several things I got jipped for, but the fact of the matter is this was THE WORST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! My advice: Look for another real estate agency. They can't all be so careless and just look to fill up their own pockets. Keller Williams and their agents listed above get two thumbs down!!!! read more

I wouldnt reccomend this realtor to anyone. she promised everything , and delivered nothing. . she came to my office after I fired Help you sell . She talked me into giving her my business by saying my house would sell in 60 days for 260000 .00 she assured me it was worth it. After 2 weeks and a lackluster open house that brought no offers ,she called me up and said that i should lower the price and that , remember , she told me the house would take 90 DAYs to sell. I guess she didnt remember she had first said 60 days . They did one open house in 3 months and on the last day of the contract , we got an offer. It was not an offer i liked , but Juniper and her team were relentless in their efforts to get me to accept it , because they knew i was not going to renew their contract. the worst thing was when the buyer wanted things repaired like a upstairs window, they sent a handyman to my house for a estimate. He quoted us 650.00 to replace a WINDOW, which I refused and replaced myself for less than 150.00. He gave a bid on cleaning up some moisture and debris in the crawl space , without even going into the crawlspace, for hundreds of dollars. When i asked questions about this so called handyman, i uncovered that he was in a relationship with one of the people who work for Juniper. Big conflict of interest id say. Anyway , I dont recomend her. Juniper is working for Juniper , not for you. She didnt even attend the signing at closing read more

I can only say that the realtor we have had experience with from this office on Allante Street has been lackluster at best. Our home was for sale. There were people interested in knowing more about it and contacted a realtor at KW. Her reply was that she would give them sheets showing properties and they could go look at them, She discouraged them from even looking at our home because it's in the mountains and she didn't want to drive there. WE showed them through the house twice, she never showed up. WE answered all their questions, WE made sure they knew everything about our neighborhood, WE made sure their house inspector went through our home with them after the offer and lucky us; WE get to PAY HER 3% of the sales price of our home when we did the work. She even emailed US papers for HER clients; asking US to print them out and give them to HER clients when they came to our home. If there's a way I can NOT pay her any commission, I will find it.
