I don't know much about the sales department, but the rental management people leave much to be desired.  I would have given them one star, but the rental property was nice. Eric and company treated me like a second class citizen. Ask them a question more than twice and they get testy.  The rental agreement allows no grace period for the rent due.  One day late after the first of the month garners late fees, compounding each day.  Plus, you can't pay rent due before the first. You must pay either by cashiers check or their online portal. The agreement also required replacing the furnace filter every month. If not, they may bill you for duct cleaning, if dirty. We requested copies of the monthly utilities, nope. If you enter a rental agreement with them, read everything and request changes to your satisfaction before you sign. If you do rent, take a video of the property during move in and move out walk-throughs. If you don't mind a rental transaction that is written to the benefit of the owner/Keller Williams at 7025 W Bell and not you; then by all means, rent from them.  If you want grace and mercy, you should look elsewhere. read more

Patrick Halpine from Keller Williams Realty...Set up an appointment to look at a town home a week in advance. Confirmed with him the day before. The day of he texted me one hour before to make sure I was going to show at 4:00. I told him yes I was coming from work and if I got delayed in traffic it might be 4:15. He said do you want to reschedule because he had another appointment at 4:15....Are you kidding me? I am going to make a major purchase and he doesn't even have 15 mins scheduled for me...
