I don't know much about the sales department, but the rental management people leave much to be desired. I would have given them one star, but the rental property was nice. Eric and company treated me like a second class citizen. Ask them a question more than twice and they get testy. The rental agreement allows no grace period for the rent due. One day late after the first of the month garners late fees, compounding each day. Plus, you can't pay rent due before the first. You must pay either by cashiers check or their online portal. The agreement also required replacing the furnace filter every month. If not, they may bill you for duct cleaning, if dirty. We requested copies of the monthly utilities, nope.
If you enter a rental agreement with them, read everything and request changes to your satisfaction before you sign. If you do rent, take a video of the property during move in and move out walk-throughs. If you don't mind a rental transaction that is written to the benefit of the owner/Keller Williams at 7025 W Bell and not you; then by all means, rent from them.
