What really sets Dan apart is his understanding of military families. As prior military himself, he understands the challenges of a PCS. When we arrived, he gave us a "PCS kit" with cookware, dishes, utensils, an air mattress, and other essentials while we waited for our household goods. This was incredibly helpful since our things didn't arrive until two weeks after closing. Dan also went above and beyond in ways we never expected. The night before closing, the seller was unable to remove furniture we didn't want. Rather than let it delay our closing, Dan and his son went to the house that night and moved the furniture themselves. We also flew to Vegas with our 8-month-old and didn't have a vehicle while waiting for ours to arrive. Dan had always told us to let him know if we needed anything, so I asked if he happened to have an extra vehicle we could use. Without hesitation, he said yes!
