After our discussion, I felt that she was too expensive highest from all I spoke to for just filling two forms in CEAC and felt really ripped off. I requested her to send me data via email which she never did. I just got a email in the evening from her that she cannot process my petition. This law office was too expensive and just pressuring me to change the star rating. Well she can claim any amount she likes to charge but any one with some IQ will not retain her too expensive. This statement was a threat. Schultz was responding to my frustration of the judges unlawful response to my child's best interest. These lawyers allowed the Baltimore Court system to weaponize me as the 3 year old minor was abducted according to the state of NV - this fact was overlooked by the attorney and 2 Baltimore judges. The result I lost all rights to any son and the court ensured continued alienation because the attorneys pre-meditated this outcome with the Judges and did not properly represent me - retaliation is a crime.

Firstly, all calls are routed through the secretary(who is amazingly nice, gracious and friendly btw), which starts your inquiry. Next, good luck getting in touch with any attorneys as it seems they are always busy, out of the office or simply screening calls. When they do finally get in touch with you, it comes off as if "they are doing you a favor, so let's make this quick." Your interactions are made to feel as if you are a bother to them. And some of the attorneys are flat out pretentious, rude and/or jerks. You will call, they will not answer timely. You will ask questions, they will respond with snarky, belittling or insensitive responses. You will ask for clarification, they will treat it as if you should know by now or they've explained in full detail already. Would not recommend anyone use their services. There are so many other firms available & even if there wasn't, I would still go to another firm simply because of their lack of customer service.

I recently had a prenup reviewed at Carlberg Law firm by one of the associates. I had prepared the…read moreprenup using a standard form from Rocketlawyer.com, and just needed the 13-page document reviewed (according to my estimate this would take someone an hour to an hour and half to review and beef up if needed). Note that I have very few assets, so this was more from the perspective of "going forward" rather than an extensive carve out of existing property. The associate spent 2.75 hours reviewing it and beefing it up, (with standard clauses) but the portions beefed up had a lot of errors (which I had to correct). These included definition references that actually were not defined anywhere, cross references that did not exist and multiple formatting errors. Prior to the 1 hour consultation, the associate had emailed me but had forgotten to attach the agreement itself so I had to review it on the spot. For the actual consultation, the associate was very courteous, and explained things clearly, so I appreciated this part. In the end, though, I did not utilize this firm for additional follow up - I cleaned up the form myself, and signed in the presence of a notary of my own choice. Would recommend that the associate gain more experience - standard forms should not rack up fees of up to + $700, and for that price even a paralegal could get cross references accurately.
