Kelly was so accommodating to fit me in at the last minute and to travel to where I was staying for my massage.

Booking was easy and quick with a note field to highlight concerns or places needing focus. First appointment of the day, two hour session. Mary sat with me, listened to my concerns and inquired about areas I felt needed the most focus. During the session, I was provided tea, a relaxing environment and Mary's presence was very calming. She was attentive, thorough, checked in with me, and gave me much needed overdue TLC - I was in heaven. If you are looking for a massage to melt the body back to a state of peace, Mary is the set of hands and other limbs needed to do just that. Mondays she is there all day. Ask for her specifically, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely return, asking for Mary, awaiting her magical touch. Thank you for an incredible session Mary, I appreciated it so very much! I live in the east bay and made the trek, worth every second and cent.

We both got swedish massages with medium pressure. The pressure was very light for both of us and it didn't feel like it truly relieved much tension. Neither of us felt very relaxed after the service. However, the biggest thing for me was the sheer amount of oil used. I left with my skin feeling wet and my hair became incredibly oily from all the oil on my shoulders and neck. I want to feel moisturized after a massage but I was literally soaked in oil and I spent the rest of our anniversary with my hair looking practically wet from all of the oil. I went to a nearby cafe and used their sink to wash the oil out of my hair and it was still so oily. I've taken a shower now and I am still oily!! My phone is covered in it too. Lastly, I also got the jet lag eye treatment and it was just a small eye sheet mask for $15. Needless to say, we don't plan to come back. Very sad it didn't work out better.

The space…read moreis smaller and with way fewer amenities than you might feel given the big spa feel you get from the website. The "spa" is literally the locker room and a steam room plus bathroom stalls and that's it. There are several other day spas in Marin with way better facilities, more diverse services with high availability and set up by comparison. Wouldn't come back here because the price point isn't warranted, felt like a tourist trap.

The deep tissue massage I got was very good. Can't say it was the best I've ever had but definitely not the worst. Just don't expect it to be as big or grand as a five star resort or anything. It's located in the boutique style hotel which has been there for ages. It's small, yet nicely appointed. The staff were great, rooms were quiet. I enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. The rest of the place isn't much to see. There was one loud group of guys making noise/laughing loudly for a while down the steps from the lounges. Not sure if they were employees of the hotel or guests but it stopped after 10 minutes or so. With tight quarters you can't do much about that. The men's locker room was meh, clean, but small and kind of rank smelling like a local YMCA or something. Think that's due to it being so small and having a steam room, there's not great ventilation. Also thought it wasn't good that the urinals were so close to the sinks. Shower pressure not great. Parking is a bit tricky being downtown Sausalito. They give you a free parking pass if you go out and get it. Wish they'd email it to you ahead of time to be more convenient. Overall, it's ok and I may return under the right circumstances but I do prefer a more spacious type of spa with more amenities.

For more than two years, I lived with chronic sciatic pain every single day. It affected my daily functioning, my energy, and my quality of life. Immediately after my last session with Robert, my sciatic pain was completely gone. Honestly, I kept waiting for it to come back because I couldn't believe it. It's now been three months, and the pain is still gone. Waking up every morning without pain has been life-changing. My quality of life has improved more than I can put into words, and I am incredibly grateful for Robert's skill and care. Also, my work is incredibly demanding, and Robert's treatments are the only thing I've found that can immediately quiet both my body and my nervous system. The stress I carry melts away in session. I walk out feeling grounded, restored, and like myself again. That gift alone is priceless. What sets Robert apart is his presence. He is deeply attuned to what is happening in your body and seems to intuitively know exactly what it needs. It's difficult to explain, but you feel it when you're on his table. Robert has an extraordinary gift, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. Thank you, Robert, for giving me my life back. I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am.

Robert asked about my concerns and how my body was feeling. After sharing a few updates with him, he got to work. And, boy, was his work cut out for him! I do weight training (along with yoga), but had recently up leveled my workouts. Robert found those super tight areas and worked them. Not painfully (like other masseuses do), but with a firm, yet gentle, technique. Not once did I grimace or feel uncomfortable. I left on cloud nine with my body feeling healed and rejuvenated. I plan on making Robert my go-to massage therapist going forward. I live in the Tri-Valley and will gladly make the commute for his services.

Found it a little odd that there was a guy in street clothes just working on a laptop in there esp since they say no cell phones. Hot tub is very small but heated pool is nice. Outdoor fireplaces and chairs as well. Reception area isn't confusing like some have mentioned. When you enter, there is a check in desk straight ahead. They DO tell you to bring a swimsuit if you check your voicemail. But also, who doesn't check spa amenities before you go. Tips Signage isn't great - Spa is past the main hotel building (turn right and follow signs to self parking) Make sure you check your locker combo before you lock it. Unfortunately as I was pulling in the manager called the let me know my masseuse had called in sick and they could only rebook my massage to start 1.5 hours after the original time. I was disappointed, but I made the best of it and thankfully had a flexible schedule that day. I ended up ordering tea and lunch from the Tea Bar. Unfortunately the matcha was out of stock, but I opted for another green tea and the crab cake. It was raining the day I was there so I didn't end up using the pool. I really like my facial with Ruth. She was amazing and had lovely energy. I would definitely rebook. My massage was okay, but despite a few requests for more pressure, I was told that was the max she could do. I have had a lot of massages, but have never encountered that before
