Mary sat with me, listened to my concerns and inquired about areas I felt needed the most focus. During the session, I was provided tea, a relaxing environment and Mary's presence was very calming. She was attentive, thorough, checked in with me, and gave me much needed overdue TLC - I was in heaven. We both got swedish massages with medium pressure. The pressure was very light for both of us and it didn't feel like it truly relieved much tension. Neither of us felt very relaxed after the service. However, the biggest thing for me was the sheer amount of oil used. I left with my skin feeling wet and my hair became incredibly oily from all the oil on my shoulders and neck. I want to feel moisturized after a massage but I was literally soaked in oil and I spent the rest of our anniversary with my hair looking practically wet from all of the oil. I went to a nearby cafe and used their sink to wash the oil out of my hair and it was still so oily. I've taken a shower now and I am still oily!! My phone is covered in it too. Lastly, I also got the jet lag eye treatment and it was just a small eye sheet mask for $15. Needless to say, we don't plan to come back. Very sad it didn't work out better.

Not sure if they were employees of the hotel or guests but it stopped after 10 minutes or so. With tight quarters you can't do much about that. The men's locker room was meh, clean, but small and kind of rank smelling like a local YMCA or something. Think that's due to it being so small and having a steam room, there's not great ventilation. Also thought it wasn't good that the urinals were so close to the sinks. Shower pressure not great. Parking is a bit tricky being downtown Sausalito. They give you a free parking pass if you go out and get it. Wish they'd email it to you ahead of time to be more convenient. Overall, it's ok and I may return under the right circumstances but I do prefer a more spacious type of spa with more amenities.

Robert asked about my concerns and how my body was feeling. After sharing a few updates with him, he got to work. And, boy, was his work cut out for him! I do weight training (along with yoga), but had recently up leveled my workouts. Robert found those super tight areas and worked them.
