They have grocery store Pizza if your hungry. It hits the spot when your hammered. Let it cool before eating. Draft beer is usually ice cold and they give you a fresh chilled mug for each new beer. Drafts are 2 bucks. Pool tables lean a little and are 75 cents a game. Plenty of sticks to choose from. Bathrooms have a special surprise for each gender. Cell service sucks inside due to the galvanized roof. Internet jukebox is nice but can cost you a weeks pay in one night. A couple of the bartenders take the job seriously and a couple dont.

Well there isn't much nightlife in Clinton we noticed after stopping by the bowling alley next door so we asked someone where would be open late and couple of younger guys could have some fun. We were directed to the Days Inn for the Turf Club. What a blast. This is probably my favorite small town bar, and I've been to a lot on my weekend road trips. The bartenders were wonderful, the patrons diverse, unique, and friendly and a DJ that played a wide range of music. We had so much fun I've been back twice when in the area for a night and have stayed at the host hotel so we don't have to drive after an epically great time. Then again we always end up going to the Subway down 40 at the Loves truckstop post 2am..... Good place, good people, good times.
