Great communication, wonderful service, and any time we called to have them re-treat if needed (usually with wasps), they always came back right away to fix the issue. Our bug problem is minimal and their service takes care of most concerns. They spray the inside when requested and the outside on regular visits. I don't feel they are any more expensive than any other service. I will say the four star review is because, on the tech's last visit, he knocked over a plant on my patio and made no attempt to clean it up or to notify me about it. That's shotty service. We have also had some scheduling issues in the past but they seem to have worked those out. Our contract is up but we will continue to use them because the bugs we did have have not returned. read more

We've had Kellogg since we moved into our new home, which makes it almost 3 years now. We have had minimal issues with any sort of bug, which shows how thorough they are with spraying. We have had Russ several times and he is so knowledgeable about the business! I signed up for this service during the summer of 2022. I called the company after two treatments to cancel which at that time I was told about the year contract. I had no idea I had signed up for a year contract. I told the receptionist that I would be speaking with the supervisor about this for this wasn't explained to me. Well, the next day I came home to find out they sprayed while I was out. I had told the receptionist that I wouldn't ever have signed a contract for a year because I NEVER sprayed during the fall and winter months. All in all this company is deceptive. Of course she said it was in the contract. I told her their sales person was deceiving and left this information out. In the meantime a technician had come by to spray but i told him not to spray because I was canceling my service. I had no idea I was paying $100 bucks per quarter for only one treatment . I'll never use them again for they have unethical business practices and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Then when they failed to hold up their end of the bargain and be on time for any service, and I was unable to get ahold of anyone without waiting more than 30 on hold, we cancelled them. Only to be told there would be a cancellation fee as well as one more scheduled service we have to pay for and a 30 day written notice needed. When we contested this as its not listed in the contract. They tried saying they were coming out again a few weeks later! Do NOT use this company. Kellogg is very professional and always answers the phone when I need to get ahold of them. They send text and email reminders, which is helpful to remember when they're scheduled to come out! They come every other month, and I have a year-long contract, but if you need them in between months they will come out for free! Albert has been the service provider each time and he is so friendly and quick with his service. He always asks if I need extra glue traps and is honest about the seasons and how they impact what he needs to spray for/treatment. Overall, really happy with Kellogg! read more

I'm sad to lose these guys as my go to pest control guys. Riley and his team do great work and I thought I would leave them some good feed back to where credit is due!
