I managed to throw my back out of alignment in December 2019. My doc said go down and see Dr Chris Kelly. I walked into the office and he just happened to be there and I got in right away. He took a thorough history and I mean thorough and we had a good laugh! Being a nurse I was impressed with his ability to bring out my history haha! Chris is easy to talk to. He explains everything well. His homework is exercises, which he explains, demonstrates and will send a video of the exercise to help you! Chris did acupuncture, heat and chiropractor, followed up with exercise in his gym! I went twice a week for part of December and January and was up and back to work! I totally recommend Chris! Hopefully you don't need a chiropractor but if you do he is your guy!!! read more

At KCRC, we utilize evidence-based, patient-centred care. We offer chiropractic services that focuses heavily on rehabilitative exercises. Dr. Kelly also provides acupuncture, soft tissue therapy and joint mobilizations/manipulations. We also have a registered massage therapist, Jamie Silk.

KCRC opened its doors and began accepting patients in September of 2019. In that time, we have already impacted numerous people in a positive fashion. Through a multi-faceted, individualized treatment plan with a large focus on rehab exercises, our goal is to make you feel better as quickly as possible and stay better.

Dr. Christopher Kelly is the chiropractor and owner of KCRC. Being born and raised in St. Thomas, he always dreamed of coming back to his hometown to set roots. Dr. Kelly's main goal is to make you feel better as quickly as possible so you can continue to live your life the way you want. Also, through exercise, prevent whatever your problem is from coming back.
