From start to finish, this was a great experience! The property is immaculately kept, both inside and out. But, I really cannot say enough about the staff and the "team" mentality that we observed. TERRIBLE dealership! I bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator here a few months ago and the lies and deception started immediately. I worked with the sales manager at the time and specifically told him several times I did NOT want any extra warranties at all. They slipped in some kind of after market warranty into my financing and after I signed everything and they gave me a printed copy I questioned this with the finance guy who some how persuaded me to keep it for 3k in my loan. Well a few months later my Jeep threw a check engine light so I took it in for service. What a fiasco!!! They had my Jeep for 6 days and gave me no loaner vehicle. I asked when I dropped it off and the service associate told me " we don't have any". Really!!!??? About a month ago I noticed a small dent on the passenger side about as big as a dime which I was told was covered in my 3k unwanted warranty but low and behold the service associate tells me thats not covered. I also asked to have my tires rotated which I would have been glad to pay for but they didn't do that either. I seriously have NOTHING good to say about this dealership. We bought a LOT of cars from Kelly Automotive (Used Cars) over the years. Easily 6 cars. Averaging all those experiences, I'm giving them a 4-star rating. I was a little frustrated with a few things that took place during our last purchase (days ago), but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't horrible. My advice... For everyone at Kelly: More 'SENSE OF URGENCY.' I should not have to spend 9+ hours to work through a deal and drive away in my new car. That is not acceptable. Treat me like I'm a priority, and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Also, if you tell me the car 'will be ready and detailed' in the morning by 10 am, please keep that promise. Again, I had to take time off of work and be involved to ensure my daughter got through this process ok. When I arrived at 10 am and the car hadn't moved since the night before - I was EXTREMELY angered. You said, "It will take 10 minutes to wrap things up tomorrow," - and it took 3+ hours. And we STILL need to bring the car back to get fully detailed at a later date. More time I have to take to have this transaction completed. And my last bit of feedback... Whatever your current online price is for the vehicle - at the very least - match that. I shouldn't have to check the site one more time to see that the price has been reduced by several hundred dollars. Please, just honor that price and give it to me without asking. Otherwise, I feel like you don't care, and it will make me consider another dealership in the future. Over a few hundred bucks? It's not worth it - just add a step to your process to confirm the price. For salesperson: Being nice and friendly is GREAT! Being overly buddy-buddy is ok, but only if you can talk AND continue to get answers, negotiate, pay attention to my concerns, and ultimately finalize the deal. Basically, I want to finish this deal so I can return to my life. I spent 7 hours on Tuesday night and 3+ hours on Wednesday morning before driving away with the new (used) car. Not ok. There were times that I wondered what was happening - as I stood around, unsure how much longer it would take. Am I still the priority? Did something come up? Am I going to get to return to work soon? Or have lunch? My suggestions are more pointed communication and status updates, which will go a long way. At the end of the day, my daughter has a safe car, the deal felt good (at the end), and I'm glad to be done with it all for now. For my next car purchase, I will definitely keep Kelly Automotive on my list of dealerships to consider. read more

I've had a CHALLENGER, WRANGLER & I am going this week for an entirely new kind of Dodge. I always say ..I only feel treated like a queen when I am buying a car . . Especially at Kelly. They have become almost like friends. They're warranties, free oil changes, free inspections are unpresidented! Why own a car that you need to pay for all of those things. I have roadside too. Then my favorite is the tire warranty, which I've used a couple times saving me hundreds of dollars. When you add all of that up . SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!STAY AWAY! I had my truck towed to Kelly to have the differential rebuilt.  It took 7 WEEKS before Kelly even began to work on it.  Throughout this time, I had to continuously follow up as to why it was taking so long.  Not a single apology, but MANY excuses.  Some of these excuses were "still waiting for parts", "Stellantis no longer ships UPS and comes by a Mopar parts truck warehouse to warehouse", "there was no movement on the part, will have to reorder it", "missing or stolen tool from the tool shed that needs to be ordered", etc.  It was just one excuse after the other, with the only communication being when I reached out them.  I finally got my truck back after almost 2 months.  But unfortunately, I had to bring it back weeks later due to a concerning noise coming from the differential Kelly rebuilt.  I was told a new driveshaft would fix this noise.  It did not. I had several conversations with the Service Manager and was told to take it elsewhere to have it looked at. I did exactly that--it was found the pinion gear they replaced was wearing abnormally. I took it back to Kelly so that the repair would be covered under the labor and parts warranty.  Four more weeks passed before Kelly could even get it in to have it looked at.  After having my truck for two days, they refused any repair stating they "feel the vehicle has been repaired properly." I then took my truck to YET ANOTHER driveline shop to get an additional opinion. I was told AGAIN that the gear had abnormal wear. Unfortunately, Kelly seems to focus more on finding a way out of fixing a problem than actually trying to fix it.  In addition, they all lack any accountability. By taking it to a dealership, I paid a premium price only to receive subpar service and a truck that still needs repair.  My family and I have been customers of Kelly's for decades, but this experience has ensured we can will longer Count on Kelly. read more

I will never shop at this dealer again. back in November of 2023 I went to the dealership to get a new vehicle. I told the salesman I no longer wanted a lease and wanted to purchase. They knew my price range and the salesman showed me a vehicle that they said would fit that range. When I went in to sign the papers for that vehicle they said there was a mix up by the salesman and the vehicle they had showed me was not the same vehicle I received pricing for but I could still have the truck for an extra $200 a month, what they never said is that this was also a lease, something they knew I wanted out of. Fast forward to late June 2024, I went to give the dealer another chance because of the price to trade in my current vehicle. I went to get a quote and the manager (different than previous manager) said he would be able to get me into a brand new vehicle and the price was exactly where I wanted it, The only downside was we had to wait for the truck to be delivered. I kept in contact with the salesman over a 2 week span and he assured me the deal was the same as discussed with the manager Once the truck was delivered the salesman contacted me and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to see the vehicle and sign paperwork. Once again, I was reassured the deal and numbers had not changed. Today I cleaned out and took all of my firefighting lights and car seats out of my current vehicle in order to trade it in. When I got to the dealership, I took the vehicle for its test drive, when we came back in the Sales manager once again told me there was a problem with the pricing and they could not honor the deal that was initially offered to me and it would be $150/mo more because there are no longer incentives even though we had both agreed upon the price of the vehicle. Nothing was offered to me as far as different vehicles that may have worked out. Needless to say, I will Never shop at Kelly Jeep again and I urge others to do the same. read more

Very shady dealership. I will be reporting to the State Board. I called first thing this morning when this dealership opened 9am. I told them I was interested in a CPO 2019 Ram 1500. The drive was about an hour away so I wanted to make sure the vehicle was available. I was very clear this was the vehicle I was interested in. They told me "it is available. I'm looking at that vehicle right now. This was 9am. I told them great I will be there ASAP. I got there around 10am. I go in and let the sales rep know I called about checking out the vehicle in photo. He starts to give me a story about how that truck didn't pass there safety checks, and some more nonsense. I said I called an hour ago and was told this vehicle was available. He then goes to tell me something like it is available but it's a mechanic special and only for mechanics. This is a car that's listed on their website as CPO. CPO vehicles are supposed to be the best on used market. Then the sales person tries to offer me a seat so that he can check to see what else he has "in my price range". Needless to say, this is a blatant bait and switch technique to get customers in the door so that they can try to sell you a different vehicle. I walked right out. I see that the manager of this place puts out a blanket statement to bad reviews. Don't be fooled. That won't make any amends with me. The only way they could amend this is by sending me money for the 2 hour round trip I took based on a lie. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Wanted a 350 payment comes as 500 he refused to budge on the price and lied like he just got his car salesman book i told him to stop lying. He was only making 200 and the dealership was making 300 i laughed. Just close the doors. I was going to do it anyways and he just lied over and over. At the end of last night he told me that she was approved for 11% and they were going to try and get 10 from another i guess that fell through and all of the sudden this morning jumped to 14 more money in his pocket. . This is just insulting. At this point but wait it gets better. I found two discrepancies one small documentation fee and title fee. If you didnt know dont ever pay these fees they are pure profit. Found a coupon this morning for 1k on my trade. And i was still going to do the. 6 days ago I brought our 2015 Grand Cherokee in to Kelly Jeep recently for regularly scheduled service/oil change and inspection. This is the fourth vehicle we've purchased from Kelly over the last 25 years. Three of which were Jeeps, so clearly we are loyal to the brand and dealership. While waiting for my Vehicle a salesperson came up to me, and asked if I was the owner of the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He then proceeded to tell me some story about a friend of his that just so happened to be looking to replace his vehicle with my particular model and gave me his business card. Shortly after, the service guy comes out to tell me that "he wished he had good news for me". We needed tires ( no shock there....this was expected), plus spark plugs and a motor mount for a grand total of almost $3,000. The motor mount was quoted at approximately $1600 and $360 for the spark plugs. My husband followed up with them later, and called them out on the spark plugs as they had recently been replaced. They checked their records and oops, oh you're right. He was suspicious of the motor mount diagnosis as well. We took the Jeep elsewhere for the inspection, and as expected no motor mount issue. Kelly is shady! They thought I looked like the perfect victim to take advantage of that day. Instead of treating us better as a loyal customer, they tried to make a sale based on lies. They wont see us again. Do yourself a favor, and buy and service your vehicle elsewhere. read more

i bought a jeep from them 7 years ago...the single worst experience i have ever had....they asked 3 years ago to buy my jeep back (they initiated the request)...i agreed...when i brought it in they offered me 5000 less than what we had agreed to. so...i moved on...sold the jeep elsewhere. today i get a letter from this dealership asking if i want to sell my jeep...what!!!...i called them and reminded them i sold it 3 years ago. ten minutes after this i get a call from the company informing me i had requested they buy my jeep...what!!!...when i told them i made no such request, they told me someone did...so i had to call the police to be safe re identity theft....the dealership then backed up and said it was from a marketing company. this is the single worst car dealership i have ever worked with,. i still have maybe 15 free oil change vouchers written on the business cards of the sales manager i was given gave everytime they screwed up. i still have on my driving record convictions from when i was pulled over because when i picked up the car it had no registration or inspection sticker. i still re4call when the sales manager promised me free stuff if i gave him free clothes (i own a clothing company) numbingly shockingly overtly unprofessional. First off, my salesman Tim was extremely pleasant and helpful. His sales manager, however, not so much. I went into the dealership looking for a specific truck. They didn't have it, but Tim showed me something close. After a test drive, although this wasn't my perfect truck, if the price was right I'd gladly purchase it. Knowing this, we went through the numbers a few times and unfortunately they ended up just above my maximum willing payment. Again, I'd be more inclined to take this offer for the perfect truck, but this one was missing a few key items for me. After telling the sales manager that I'd have to decline, I'd need a lower price for me to justify taking the truck that they have in inventory over my ideal truck, he threw the most unprofessional temper tantrum I've ever seen from a grown man. This guy did everything short of cursing me out right there on the sales floor. Even my salesman apologized for him. Before this incident, I was certain that when I was ready, this would be my dealership to buy from, but after this sales manager's tantrum, I'm extremely reluctant to ever give them mine or my families business. read more

This review is not based on my sales experience, but the service department. I bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Renegade back in fall of 2017 and everything went smoothly. When I brought my Jeep in for in for its first multipoint inspection and oil change, my windshield was scratched during service. Not enough to warrant a repair, but enough to annoy me every time I get in and see a long thin scratch on the windshield of my brand new car. At my next inspection and oil change, I also asked that my yearly inspection was done and my car was detailed (which is supposed to be included for free with any service I get anyway). I picked my car up I found that it wasn't detailed but I was in a rush. So I drove home and realized that they didn't put the new stickers on window. Called them to see if I could come and get them and how they forgot that and they informed me that they didn't do the inspection and would have to pay to have it done again. When I took it back to get inspected for real I asked again that they detail it, again they did not. My tires were rotated at all of these inspections and I never had them rotated or repaired elsewhere. The most recent time that I took my car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation they informed me that I was missing a lug nut/bolt that had been in my glove compartment since I purchased the vehicle, which means they most likely misplaced it the last time they rotated my tires. I would not recommend anyone buy a car here because the headache from the service department is not worth it. I refuse to go back to this dealership for any service in the future. read more

I purchased a new 2015 Chrysler 200 from Kelly a little over 3 years ago. I've always kept it clean and waxed so I was shocked to see a Nickel sized "cancer" bubble on the front top edge of the hood this morning when duri it off after a wash. Wow 3 years and rotting out already. I guess you can't hold dealer responsible but where else do you go? I have purchased 3 cars here 2 new 1 slightly used. I don't think I would buy another Chrysler again. Ok, so since I wrote my original review a lot has happened. I should start by apologizing to Kelly Jeep, Chrysler Dodge for not first contacting them first to give them a chance to rectify the problem I had. Because That is exactly what they did. I was contacted by Dan Moyer the General Manager soon after my posting he then made an appointment for me with the collision center manager John Clapso who was great. It took a few days for Chrysler to Ok replacing my hood at no cost and the work was finished a few days later. John's staff did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier with the results. Miserable greeting (if you can call it that)... Cranky old guy Dave Vrabel is the most bitter guy I've ever met working for a car dealership in a capacity that interacts with customers. This guy should have his head under a hood away from the customers. Cashier miserable. No smiles. No greetings. One good note is Kirk, a incredible pleasant tech who I overheard talking to another customer that knows how to talk to customers. Smiles, pleasant and very knowledgeable. This guy should train the Cranky service malcontents. One younger service advisor with short black hair seemed pleasant. Why are the older guys so damned crabby? Hemmroids? If you like feeling that you're business is unappreciated and that you're an annoyance that has to be dealt with in order to get a pay check, by all means, Kelly is your place. There are other places where the management cares enough about its customers to hire pleasant people. read more

I just purchased a vehicle from Kelly Jeep and it was undoubtedly the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I've ever made. I worked with Derek and he made the process fast and stress free. He was friendly, professional, quick, and efficient. He worked with me to make sure the car was exactly what I wanted, even removing some pin striping for me. The office was clean and other employees were very friendly. Derek wore a mask during our transaction to make me more comfortable (despite recently lifted CDC restrictions) since I had my very young toddler with me and felt more comfortable wearing a mask. Strange but OK, then they tell me that they wouldn't be able to find out if it's converted into Monday. Apparently a Chrysler Dealer has no idea what their own warranty covers. Waited on site over 1 hour 45 minutes after having an appointment for only a tire rotation. No one from the business even spoke with me until I inquired why this was taking so long. Only 3 or 4 individuals waiting in the waiting areas. Purchased the vehicle at this dealership, with free lifetime tire rotation, yet service advisor quoted me a price of 24.99, and was gruff and seemed upset that this was my only service. Had previous issue with this dealership telling me a broken stereo speaker was not covered under warranty because an aftermarket light bar was installed. Phoned other dealerships, and had the speaker fixed at another dealership, under warranty. They told me the aftermarket light affecting the speaker theory was absurd. Kelly had the vehicle all day the initial visit for the broken speaker, and did not work on it until I called an hour or so before their closing. I suspect the excuse was provided because it was near closing, and, like now, they put me at the back of the line. If you purchase your vehicle here, I would highly recommend seeking service at a different dealership. Poor service and poor customer relations. read more
