I was under the impression that the police department or court would send us physical mail notifying us of our court date to give us a chance to fight the tickets, but I was wrong. We missed both court dates and received warrants for her arrest - which freaked me out and prompted me to search for "traffic ticket warrants el paso" where Attorney Robert Navar's website was one of the top results. I am quite busy and wasn't in an environment in which I could make a quick phone call, so I used the contact form on the website to get in touch with them and someone from their team got back to me within an hour and answered all of my questions. As soon as I had some free time, I called in and discussed our options with them. We simply gave them the ticket numbers and warrants over the phone, they looked up my fiancé's case, we paid them a VERY reasonable fee and were told that they'd get in touch with us as soon as something happens (all over the phone and over email). After about a month or so they got in touch with us to let us know what was going on through both phone call and email. I responded to them by email and was able to handle everything online without needing to speak to them over the phone. The only thing we had to do was go to the El Paso Municipal Court and pay a $10 fee and all charges were dropped and will eventually be expunged from my fiancé's record, to my understanding. The team at this firm was incredible and very friendly. They handled 99% of everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. I really appreciate the challenging work they did. Even if we received an unfavorable result from the judge/court, I would have given them 5 stars for their willingness to communicate with me via email and the ease of everything.
