Irving and his mother met with us for an estimate and we discussed the work to be done before agreeing on a date for service. They arrived on the scheduled date on time and promptly set to work. Their team cleaned three bathrooms, three bedrooms, the kitchen, and windows, and they mopped and vacuumed two stories of tile and carpet. They worked for approximately five hours, and at the end my wife and I were quite pleased with the results. We will definitely be contacting Gloria's again for at least semi-annual services, they did such a great job!

Felecia gave me her best price and it was definitely affordable! Honestly, she had my apartment looking cleaner than it was when I first moved in!!! Her work and cleaning skills are impressive. I truly didn't believe she could take the stains out of my toilet or sink, because I've tried and failed many times. She came, did what she had to do, and it was spotless! Felecia not only over promised but charged me an extra $300 to finish the painting, but left all these issues at my home. She painted the doors, but decided not to put the correct doors back so the doors do not close correctly. Her team put the room doors on the bathroom doors, so they do not fit correctly. She also painted all the doors on my garage and left all the paint marks which makes my garage wall look ridiculous. She painted over the handles of the cabinets and decided not to clean it up. To make this all worse, she decided not to return my calls and decided not to respond to these mistakes. It's been over 3 weeks since I've paid her for all the work, but she has decided not to respond and not to call me back to fix these issues. I would never use her service again...very disappointing...hope this can be a lesson that future people won't have to learn.
