I am so grateful to have had one of my doctors send me to Dr Kelly. My rheumatoid arthritis was not diagnosed before I saw Dr. Kelly. He actually told me I had it before it showed up in tests. I was able to start medical treatment early and that was very important for getting a head start on the inevitable swelling of my joints. It took me awhile to find such a skilled rheumatologist...He was a bit farther from my home than I wanted to travel, but that shouldn't have been an issue . On my first visit, he spoke to me for at least 50 minutes. He had a thick folder on me sent by my PC doctor . He had obviously read it over and knew of my history. He quickly assessed my medical needs and put me on a treatment regimen. I found Dr Kelly to be very knowledgeable and kind . He's gentle with his approach and shows that he really cares . Same complaint as others have shared. Dr Kelly is unprofessional and will not take you seriously unless you are in an active flare. Dr Kelly delayed my diagnosis and subsequent treatment by not taking me seriously. He told me "just by looking at me" that I did not have lupus, even though my primary doctor and tests all said that I did. Dr Kelly sent me for additional tests, so I waited until I wasn't feeling well to get them done, in the hopes that they would show activity to prove to him that I did have lupus. The test did, in fact, come back positive but I never heard back from his office. I had to go back to my PCP and request a referral to a different rheumatologist. Two years later I have a great rheumatologist at Sagebrush Rheumatology. Dr Lim listens and really tries to get to the bottom of things. At my initial visit, before diagnosis, Dr Lim took the time to go over my whole medical history and sent me for much more elaborate testing than Dr Kelly did. I would not recommend Dr Kelly to anyone struggling with autoimmune conditions. There are good Rheumatologists out there, but Dr Kelly is not one of them. read more

I waited nearly six months for my appointment with Dr. Kelly. Since I'm a new patient, they did a telehealth call for my first (and only) appointment. After spending a better part of 30 minutes, giving my medical history to an Assistant, Dr. Kelly called me back and basically said, "You don't have any kind of autoimmune issues. You just need to lose weight and exercise." I have had two other doctors diagnose Lupus. I have inflammatory markers, I have literally every single symptom of Lupus. Yes, this doctor spends ten minutes with me, asks to look at my hands (via video call) and he decides I don't have and issues. Seriously? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS DOCTOR! read more

One of the worse experiences I've had in the medical field. Staff KIM is extremely rude to me and all patients we tried to send to Dr Kelly. She lacks professionalism, patience, and the most important attribute anyone in this field should have, CARE. None of the staff is able to assist anyone and if they run into difficulties explaining themselves and their protocol, they ask for Kim to get on the phone. Obviously, expecting her to "handle" questions and concerns the way she does every time, disrespectfully. I contacted the office 6x to get different answers each time we tried to send paperwork. We will surely tell all of our patients to find a different office. And that unfortunately, since none of them got to see Dr Kelly. One bad team member brings the entire team down. And customer service is something every industry should thrive for, including medical. read more

I did not see Dr. Kelly but I saw his PA Elise (also his daughter). She consults with him though. Anyways she was very kind, patient and thorough. I really, really liked her and that's not something you can say about a lot of doctors in Vegas. Highly recommend Elise ! read more

The staff at this office is terrible. My daughter was a new patient and was told I required several things before she could seen. I have no idea what the woman's name was but her behavior is appalling. I have never enjoyed cussing out a person but this person deserves a verbal insult. I'm sure Dr. Kelly is a good doctor. Update : I'm 26 now and he's still my doctor, I've know him since I was 17 my mom loved and trusted him with my life and I still do ! I love dr Kelly and his family always so caring. He's always had my back and always looked out for my best interests when it comes to my lupus . He is old school but to me that perfect, because sometimes you need someone to be honest so you can truly understand your autoimmune decease. He has helped me understand my body and how it works when I have a flare up , he has helped me be more cautious especially with covid and also has helped me understand that things will happens( like the fingers getting deformed ) and there nothing to do about it, because it's just superficial. His staff is sweet and the literally know me by my voice . They always try to make me feel comfortable when I'm waiting or having an infusion IVIG treatment. read more

He really is the best Dr I've ever had. Dr. Kelly takes the time to talk to you like a human being. He is sweet and a bit old fashioned but his old school way of being is reassuring some how. He feels like the grandpa or uncle you wish you had. He talks to you straight but with kindness. He doesn't give you false hope but he always listens to what YOU want to do about your health and advises you. If you go in for infusions he takes the time to talk to you and doesn't charge it as a visit. He's the one who diagnosed my Lupus (SLE) about 4 years ago and he gave me hope after more than 10 years of unexplainable symptoms I thought I was crazy but he took the time to get to know me and eventually diagnose me. His stuff is a little bit of a mess but they're sweet and kind so it's worth dealing with a little messiness. I don't know what I'm going to do when Dr. Kelly retires!!! read more

I was misdiagnosed for 6months by dr. Kelly. I suffered with a torn meniscus. After going thru many injections that did nothing, except cause more pain, it took my wonderful chiropractor, Dr. s. Youngblood 2 seconds to figure out my condition. She sent me for an mri that confirmed the diagnosis. Shame on Dr. Kelly. His staff are the most miserable bitches I have ever encountered. I waited 8 months to see this doctor in hopes he could help with a diagnosis as to why I have muscle weakness and unexplained pain. I waited an hour past my appointment time in his office. After waiting approximately 2-3 months for an appointment, my first appointment will be via telehealth, which was not disclosed to me at the time I made the appointment. They blame Covid, trying to keep foot traffic down, and "auto-immune diseases". Basically, "that's just how we are doing things now." Covid has been around since February/March 2020. Not something that just popped up. My known auto-immune disease has not stopped me from doing what I need to do to maintain my health, and the issue I have now may as well be an auto-immune disease. I am not pleased with the antics of this establishment. I'm getting the feeling this is a scam to get insurance payments and this doctor will not be able to help me get use of my limbs any time soon. They could have told me what the situation was when I made to appointment. If they read these reviews, Dr. Kelly better come correct. I wish I could leave negative stars for this whack job! My grandmother moved out here 4 months ago and he prescribed her 20 Percocet. These pills have lasted her the entire time. That being said, she had an appointment today where she asked for more. After they ran her name through the narcotics base to see if she had been prescribed anything from other providers and coming up with nothing he still denied her the drugs she needs, claiming he did not believe in them or in the fact that she even needed them and to make it worse he offered her no other options other than Advil. She has a hiatal Hernia and is unable to take Advil, it also provides no relief. So if you don't "believe" in a narcotic medicine that's totally fine but I expect some sort of holistic approach offered to your suffering elderly patient! She by no means abuses drugs, in fact she hates taking them but her medical conditions (lupus, arthritis, osteoporosis and more) call for some type of relief. This place is so far from our home and we wasted our day speaking with this "Doctor"- but hey at least he got paid! What a joke! read more

Don't waste your time with this guy-he doesn't care if you hurt and won't bother to investigate why. He told me what he thought I had on visit one, then told me on visit two something different and denied that he told me the first thing-180 change. Doesn't bother to order new blood tests (mine were 8 months old) or listen to what you tell him. Seems to resent any questions you ask to get SOME information about your condition. The worst doctor, I have ever had!!! I been diagnostic with psoriatic arthritis. Dr Kelly was going to put me Humira. He told me a needed Xrays and blood work, done and done on the same day. A month later I'm still waiting for him to submit his part to my insurance. This type of laziness is truly unacceptable. I on hold with his office again for over twenty minutes. Really it that hard to do your job!!! I will not continue with this doctor and recommended anyone looking for a rheumatologist stay as far away as possible. The staff you can never rely on.When it comes to refilling prescriptions or over paying for services you have to keep calling the office and chasing for your money that is owed to you.This also is for your prescriptions.The staff is snooty and unprofessional.The dr charges what he wants for visits and don't even tell you in advance.I would not recommend this dr to anyone. read more
