Carver accepted payment from us as he actually proved to work for the opposing side. Carver allowed court dates to be dismissed The Friday before after my 10 hour drive. He also never notified me of court dates. He also just recently joined in on a "Secret Court Date." For February 21st 2022. Said court date did not exist until February 17th. This court date was secrectly held to take my child from me. Mr Carver looked so dumbfounded when I walked in. They were all shocked. As Mr. Carver stood there Vaguely remembering a court order we all signed. Only thing spoke about in the court room was about my dad and HIS visitation. Nothing at all about ME. Carver did not even have a notebook. He then tried to 2face me and say he needed more money. He stated I owe him money. He has never withdrew for non payment. He surely doesn't deserve a penny. He was also asked to withdraw. I have yet to hear back. Do not get this lawyer if your dealing with children. Don't get him if you need a lawyer to fight for you. Even with all the evidence handed to him; you will still lose. I speak truth with facts and evidence to back my statements.

I kept getting answers "I think...", "It might be...", "I'm not sure" - not what I expect when I reach out to an attorney who is handling a case. He and I signed the papers and then they began to ask him questions like do you no what today is, can you name the president. He wouldn't answer because he felt belittled. So they said they wouldn't file if he didn't answer and said he was incompetent. So we requested a refund and took our business elsewhere.
