This happened on April 28, 2024. I wanted a trim in my hair because I felt like it was growing too…read moremuch. He started cutting my hair super short and I specifically told him not to do that. I have natural curls and he didn't even consider them in the cut because he blowdried my hair without a diffuser, then he combed it and in the middle of the cut he showed me a picture and that he was giving me a low taper fade which I didn't ask him for. The final result didn't even look like a low taper. Plus he and his friends were having a conversation about how they used to illegally cut hairs at the border?? When I got home I was super upset and I hopped in the shower to bring my curls back and due to shrinkage it was super short and horrible. I haven't cut my hair since April 28th due to this and I'm looking for new barber shops to go to. Please stay away from this place the prices aren't even good either.
