We loved the burritos as did everyone else at the event. Each burrito is stuffed with French fries along with it's unique ingredients. They have both mild and hot salsas to accompany their burritos. They also serve a dish, called the "minimum bet" which is a large order of French fries topped with a white queso cheese. The fries were super crispy and the cheese sauce was spectacular. The serving is definitely enough for 2 and is reasonably priced. And don't pass up on dessert. The "color me up" is 2 warm churros filled with caramel and covered in cinnamon sugar. These were a fantastic way to finish off the meal. We will definitely be following them on Facebook so we can see where they are going to be next. If you see their truck, I definitely suggest trying them out. You won't be disappointed.

The bottom portion was totally raw dough but the top that was fully cooked was way too dry. Ever…read more She doesn't just do cupcakes - she also makes the most awesome custom cakes, and occasionally non-cake desserts, like cobbler, peanut butter pie and chocolate-covered strawberries. All good! I wouldn't buy a special-occasion cake from anyone but Crowder Creations. But my family is totally addicted to the cupcakes. Unlike other cupcake places, these are a bit smaller and not completely buried in icing. Don't get me wrong, I like icing, but I prefer the icing to be in proportion to the cake; most cupcake places emphasize the frosting, so you end up with a hunk of icing with an afterthought of cake underneath. These are just right. There are many, many flavors. Our favorite, so far, is Almond Amaretto. Yummy! I also like the Strawberry Delite. We also had an Elvis cupcake once: banana cake, chocolate frosting, peanut butter filling. I think that was a special deal, but I hope she makes it again. Gotta go - out of cupcakes. ;-)
