Ryan was very responsive and came out to evaluate the space and provided a sketch design within a week. Once I gave the word to proceed, he ordered the new rocks and plants. Once he knew when the rock would be delivered, he arranged for his team to complete the work the same day. They did the project in one day, while I and my significant other were at work. The job had to start with Ryan's team clearing out the layers of mulch and rock in all three flower beds. Then they laid down the weed barrier, planted the new plants and finally added the new rock. Ryan also did a fantastic job treating the stone bordering all of the beds. Our neighbors keep telling me they can't believe the transformation and also continue to comment on how beautiful everything looks. Thanks again to Ryan and his team. Between initial quote and the final application of paint, the entire timeline was less than a week (as he was able to fit us into his schedule between jobs to align with optimal weather). The job itself took Jeff and Joe only three days to complete (full exterior, including power washing, patchwork and caulk + inside/outside of lanai + mailbox post): Monday, 7/6/2020 - Wednesday, 7/8/2020 Side note: Jeff happens to live in the same neighborhood as we do, so his work can be seen throughout. Apparently, the father used to run the business and did a great job, so you used the company based…read moreon a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, the new ownership leaves a lot to be desired. We paid extra to wallpaper removed and walls retextured as well as wall-to-ceiling joints repaired as they were coming loose. I also paid extra to use Glidden paint rather than Sherwin paint. The removal was done but not well leaving the wall very rough so you can see the outline of where it was at and leaving the toilet paper holder in place and only removing wallpaper around it. The joints that they retaped are already coming loose again (it was less than a year when it first coming off again). I even had to argue with the workers telling them that they should not be using Sherwin Williams paint and actually had to pull the contract out to show them. The worst part is that they had promised to come back out to do touchups when I called within 12 months which was promised in the contract but nobody answers their phones. I had heard rumors that they closed so I guess I will end up getting the paint and doing the touchups myself . . . makes me wish I hired someone else for just did it myself.
