Waitress was clueless about the menu or if there were specials, asked about the steak poster outside and she said "oh they don't do that anymore"?! Then why are you still advertising it?? Ordered Smash burger. 25 minutes later, got the ugliest double patty burger I've ever seen, Dry freezer burnt bun, black burgers with cheap processed cheese completely melted around the burgers, half the size of the bun, way under cooked bacon, 2 pickle spears on top of burgers and 1 as a side and NOT CANDIED BACON NOR HOT HONEY RANCH SAUCE just Plain!! The burger looked like it was put together by a 3 year old , certainly Not a Professional chef!!! Told waitress about bacon that I left on plate, and she said she'd let him know, No Apologies or discount, nothing said! Guess I came at His Supper break, sitting at the bar in street clothes busy eating and playing on his phone, There was Nothing that showed me he was some sort or Award Winning Chef. The prices are Ridiculously High and the place has just gotten Worse!!! I Think the Owners should take a Hard look at what's happening in your Establishment !!! PS.
