We were visiting from Calgary and on our way out of town noticed a problem with our van - a concerning sound coming from one of the wheels. We saw Kelvin's and decided to stop and get it checked out. They got us in immediately, and had found the part (ball bearings) and replaced it within an hour and a half. Can't imagine getting that repair done any faster, and all at a reasonable price with excellent service. They were friendly, explained thoroughly and showed us the part they replaced so that it was obvious what the problem was, and went the extra mile to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Travelling with 5 people including a 6-month-old, this was really appreciated. It is a small family business and we did not meet Kelvin the owners but dealt with his two sons - I sure hope he is proud of them! If we lived closer we would be back for the next repair without a doubt. read more
