Ken Carlson has the kind of attributes that are ideal to his profession. Number one, he is patient. Dragging clients around from one property to another only to have them waffle about making a decision has to be frustrating for a realtor anxious to make a sale, but Ken never made us feel like we were under pressure or wasting his time. Number two, he is knowledgeable. Being a "native son" with innate familiarity with the geographic area he covers, he was able to bring a veritable encyclopedia of anecdotal information to the table, which helped greatly in steering our eventual decision. We almost passed up the chance to purchase our property, being that during the period of our search the listing expired. Ken reestablished contact with the seller, and happily with Ken's help, we were able to finally acquire that property. We still marvel at the beauty of the place, as do guests who show up there.
