There are always plenty of jeans in different sizes but some of the tops and shoes are really odd! Staff are really helpful and the décor is as you would expect from Levis grungy, earthy and cool. This could be the place to go for checked shirts at the moment! Prices are cheaper than high street Levi's (which is well beyond my reach!) but still not as cheap as some others on Cheshire Oaks. The staff are knowledgeable and more than happy to help you make a selection, suggesting different styles and fits. Levi Strauss also sell some shirts, t-shirts, jackets and accessories. All mega cool without being flashy. Everything in here is just kind of subtle but very fashionable. One thing about Levi's is that it really is a fairly expensive shop. A pair of jeans will set you back about £60, but they'll be well worth it. Shirts can be a good £30 or £40.

The store feels spacious and modern, it is easy on the eye and well laid out too, showcasing some of the brands' products including clothing and accessories, such as a small range of bags. I couldn't find what I came into the store for, but the staff seemed super friendly, he offered to look into the bag and help find something that matched my vague detail of the product, in the end, he advised me to order it online and made me aware of their free returns policy into stores from online orders. They do often run online-only promotions, so do check online before coming into the store if you're looking at saving some money, it is often easier to buy the products online and pick them up in-store, annoyingly they seem to ship them to the store even if they have stock so there is a slight wait of up to 5 business days. This is a nice brand to have in the Trafford Centre, and this store is fairly nice and I would return mainly down to the overall look/feel of the store, and the service, although the selection wasn't as good as their Manchester Arndale location nearby, or their website. 4*

Looking for a decent shirt for the wedding of friends of mine, after a quick measuring with tape and being presented with their 'tester shirts' (you don't try on the ones you'd buy, these are to find out which fitting suits you best) I was shown to their fitting rooms. After trying on a few and deciding on a style, it was over to the shelving and they brought down some options. I ended up with a lovely crisp shirt for just shy of £35. For the level of attention I received I was expecting it to cost three times that price. I left with a smile on my face and you know what? They've hooked me as a return customer now. I'll gladly spend my money where they treat customers with such regard.
