I feel like i got treated differently because I didn't have a lot of money to spend. My realtor didn't come to my closing because it was to earlier for her to be there. My realtor had information she was given buy an inspector and enclosed that information to herself and didn't tell me. Moved in my house and just 2 days later my whole water went out and my AC. I had the well inspected and when i called them out to see what was wrong they told me that just by looking at this well pump it needs to be replaced. The man asked me who did my inspection and i told him you guys did. So when I called the office Monday morning to speak to the owner, he said he would get with the tech and see what was going on. So i got on the phone with the inspector that did my well inspection and he said to me that he told my realtor that the well pump needed to be replaced but she never told me that information. When I called and spoke to the owner of Showcase Properties and told her what was going on she said she would look into and give me a call back That was on a Tuesday. So Wednesday came around and i waited for her call but didn't get one so I called her. She informed me that there was nothing they could do about helping me with the pump. She also didn't have anything to say about why her realtor didn't tell me this information was given to her by the inspector. I also told her how I was treated with her employee and she told me that that lady is very good with her customers which might be so for customers that are spending a lot of money but customers that are not I hope do not get treated how I was treated. So the owner told me on Wednesday that she would look more into it and give me a call back. It is now Wednesday of the next week and I haven't received a phone call. I also tired to call her and left a message and I haven't heard anything back. I guess she thinks that all I wanted to do it get over on them because I wasn't able to spend a lot of money. And that is not the case she withheld information just so I would buy the house instead of telling me the pump needed to be replaced and let me decide if I still wanted to get this house or not. My AC went out and I had to spend $6200 on that. Its not about the money it's about what is right, and the way I was treated was very wrong. I was hoping that they would make it right since it was the realtors fault for not telling me the information but I guess they are that good of people to know when they are wrong. I would never recommend anyone to ever come and buy a house with these people unless you have a lot of money to spend because maybe than they might care about you and not just try to stick you in a house to get rid of you.
