I had a bad experience at Luxury Auto and didn't want to go back. I had been searching for another certified BMW mechanic and so glad I finally found someone in Sioux Falls. Luxury Auto quoted me for the same work Adam did at Elite Euro, but they were $500 more than Adam's quote. Adam uses all OEM parts as well so you're not getting cheap after market parts. I had Adam fix several things on my X5 that I had already paid to have done, but were never actually fixed at Luxury Auto. Adam not only fixed everything correctly, but he had it done on time (a day early actually) so I could have my car for the weekend. His communication system was also fantastic. The quote came with detailed explanations and line items breaking down the cost for parts, labor, etc for each item I needed fixed. It also had video for each area so I could actually see what he was referring to in the quote. I received reminder texts before my drop off/pick up, updates on the work status, and he followed up with me on every question I had. Overall, I was really impressed. Im not easy to please and rarely find people who take pride in their work and actually do what they say they will, but Elite Euro did this and more.

A Subaru Impreza found at a Subaru dealer seemed good on paper and in the photos. But I NEVER accept a vehicle unless I run Carfax, AutoCheck and two free VIN history reports ("NICB VINCheck" and VINHISTORY "dot" com). Some bad vehicle are being sold by good and bad dealers. And sometimes Carfax misses stuff AutoCheck catches, and vice versa. In this case, there was no contradicting info, and only positive and helpful neutral details in these reports. BUT THIS IS NOT ENOUGH. No matter what anyone says, a used car is not worth buying if you cannot have a quality, reputable and competent shop perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Chris's Auto Repair (Anthony, Travis and company) did exactly what we needed and more. They not only did everything to evaluate the mechanical condition of the vehicle, but looked for evidence of past accidents/abuse. They even went into the car to tell us if it had any distinct odors that would turn us off. My customer and I made it known that we were VERY concerned about the cosmetic condition of the car. So, in addition to a full mechanical, structural inspection and road test, the tech's at Chris's provided us with a thorough understanding of the car's body (scratches, dings, dents, etc as well as any cracks in the vinyl bumpers and surrounds). There were a number of things that were not known that were revealed. The tire tread was beginning to separate, the front fascia/grill area was cracked (from someone banging into a cement parking barrier, and a number of less important items that were good to know up front. These were items that the dealer did not reveal to us. In the end, my customer decided that there was nothing so bad with the vehicle that she couldn't either live with or address when it was purchased and shipped to Denver. I could not be happier with the thorough and conscientious way that Chris's evaluated the Impreza. My customer was very glad she spent the money and entrusted this pre-purchase inspection to Chris's. Glad to refer this shop to anyone. doug at auto buyers pro dot com.

I start the car and attempt to shift my Ford Fusion into gear. And...the electronic shift malfunctioned and wouldn't shift out of Park. Sh*t ! In desperation, I called Drenkow Motors a mile down the road hoping and praying someone was still there...Mike answered and gave me guidance remotely as to what to try to resolve the issue. When that didn't work, he volunteered to drive over to the Plaza and see what he could do. After trying several different things, he called a towing company he knew and offered to let me use the company car he had used to get to me until his technicians could diagnose the problem on Monday. I was shocked with this outstanding display of customer service ! On top of this, expecting that they would need to replace the entire shift mechanism for $500 or more, they found that they only needed a small part to fix it. Impressed with their honesty, I had them do several maintenance items that I was planning to do later, probably somewhere else. The support of Todd and David in their repair shop was professional and very supportive in checking everything and only doing the items that needed attention. I returned their loaner and picked up my car today. The work was excellently done and the pricing very reasonable. Drenkow is now my go-to auto repair shop as their version of customer service and competent technical repair blows the competition away !
