Since my nephew needed a cut I decided to take him too. We both got our haircut by Johnny a cool dude who is in the second chair on the left when you walk in. He hooked us both up with fresh cuts. As soon as I paid I rescheduled for us to come back a week and a half later to get another dope cut. Johnny will definitely be my go to barber whenever I visit my fam in Desoto!

I understand that you get busy over the weekend and you might take a break. But sometimes people like me like to go on a very unusual day but it's not too busy. So I was driving around I found one spot but they were closed even though they were advertised open and it happened to drive by this location and they were very welcoming they did a fantastic job and it did it for a good modest price. I normally don't pay that high for a barber cut but I made an exception as I really needed it and I actually feel pretty good afterwards. Mouse was my setlist and he was really good and very detailed. Definitely looking forward to coming back if I live near here

This is so they are able to charge if you are late or a no show. I was told by them that they expect clients to be accountable as they are, so I went along with it because I understood. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!
