They spent a good amount of time helping with paperwork so that I could apply for state and federal clean vehicle rebates, which I was able to get without any problems thanks to their paperwork. The car was missing rear seat headrests and they promised to order them and ship them to me, I wasn't sure that it would actually happen, but they were good to their word. This was the best experience I've ever had at a used car dealer, and I'll be back when I'm in the market for a used car and will recommend them to friends and family.

This is an update from my review three years ago when I had a terrible time with the service…read moredepartment. A few things have changed for the better. They now have a texting service that updates you about your car and they will also send you a video clip of the repairs If needed. Much much better. The other thing I've learned, or at least accepted is that you can expect not to have a loaner if you just come in without an appointment. Loaners are few weeks out if you want one. Since three years ago I have gotten a secondary car so at least I can Uber it back to my house and drive that one if I have to leave the Audi at the shop. I've since learned that more dealerships are opting to have minimal loaners, and maybe it's a sign of the pandemic times. They still have a hard time actually responding to a question or text however I suspect that it's more of a staffing issue. The advisors and there are two of them, are usually super busy every time I come in and this problem isn't on them. The dealership should hire one or two more people to lessen the load. If they can find someone post pandemic. All in all, a step in the right direction. Some bugs and kinks but overall improved.

The car only needed some minor parts to make it a 100% which Joe took care of. Also, the check engine light came on shortly after we officially bought the car and were driving it home. Joe took care of that too replacing two O2 sensors. Honestly, these guys are top notch. They pick up quality low mile vehicles from Philly to sell up here where the car selection is much poorer and provide customer service that is over and beyond. They even offered to install a dvd system and rear view back up camera for us that we bought on Amazon!
