These guys are terrible…read more Poor customer service. PDI is on the "side" of the insurance companies and will not help the consumer. PDI settled a large claim against our HOA without our concurrence that will increase our future premiums. It was a bogus claim! We moved to Farmers! Get your insurance somewhere else.
