He told me and my husband that they were $430 and could be refunded within 6 months; I ask him twice. I went to see my RA doctor about another issue and got a steroid shot! Wa la, feet fixed! They had ordered the orthotics and doctor had told me my feet were flat so I picked them up and tried them. Could not walk for 2 weeks! Went in today to return them! So I said, I need to get a refund and he agreed that it was RA related and said, "you'll have to talk to office, I only work here!" Poor care quality! No refund, plus they had given me and had ordered wrong orthotics! Never got the 2nd pair til today when I checked out! No refund, wrong order, and lady said she didn't know the wrong pair was ordered until today but she had them when I called to make this appointment but she had them but did not offer them to me at this point! So I had wrong orthotics! Beware! No refund! I tried 2nd pair when I got home but couldn't even get my foot in the shoe! Very disappointed in patient care!

Dr. Crossnoe replaced my wives knee about 5 years ago and she has had great results so I decided to go back to him for my knee. It has been 120 days since Dr. Crossnoe replaced my right knee. I must say, the firs two months I endured quite a bit of pain and discomfort. However, for the past two to three weeks the pain has completely gone away. I still am experiencing some minor swelling and stiffness but am able to walk just fine. The knee is getting better every day. Here we are 3 days later and the blisters are infected mind you my husband is diabetic. I also am a surgeon in a different specialty and am right arm dominant. I have patients that have had the same surgery (by different but very competent surgeons) who unfortunately had complications and had to give up their jobs because they lost the use of their dominant arm. So I took on several risks: Only a 75% chance of a successful surgery plus the risk of post op complications that could end my career. About 2 dozen of my patients had either themselves or someone they knew that had surgery by Dr. Sims and every single one of them praised him. I had dozens of my patients praying for me on the morning of the surgery, including Dr. Sims! Needless to say, the surgery & post op all went well & I was back operating on my patients in 4 weeks.
