I live in the US and my daughter lives in London…read moreso when Valentine's Day comes around I'm always a bit unsure where to order flowers from. i will never order flowers from anywhere else following the debacle of this past Valentine's Day. Their customer service is exceptional! I accidentally sent the flowers to myself instead of my daughter so I sent an email and they responded immediately and fixed it. Unfortunately, the flowers and other gifts i sent from the shop never arrived. Once again, they responded to my email promptly with the a picture of the delivered flowers. it turns out they were stolen from my daughter's stoop. The flower shop again replied to me asap and they offered me store credit for my difficulties. The Flower Station was under no obligation to do anything as they completed their delivery. They were kind and polite the entire time. The flowers were delivered today and they are gorgeous! They have a wide range of prices and every picture shown is lovely. Best part, the flowers look just like the pictures!! I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed when you order from the Flower Station. I wish I had a florist just like them here in the States.

Firstly I would like to point out that the shop is first and foremost very clean and open with an inviting layout. Prices are reasonable for the area, and what is best is the longevity of the flowers, as I have bought flowers that have lasted for over 10 days coupled with the fact that the staff are very friendly and informative and would recommend the shop for all ones flower needs. The only issues I have found is the opening times which in my view are a little restrictive, especially on Sunday.
