Colton and his crew came on October 10, 2023 and they were fantastic! They are so professional with their work, yet are delightful to converse with. They cut the oaks into "fire pit" lengths, and cleaned and removed all branches and debris. The fringe tree was expertly pruned. They blew off the driveway at the end to finish the job. I am most impressed with their attention to safety, never cutting tree top branches until all workers were at a safe distance. Of course I will be calling them again in the future!

Your guys consoled me by saying the tree will be better as a result of pruning, and explained how they decided which branches to remove, which ones stayed. They even noticed the bird's nest on one branch, and left it. A lot of leaves and berries came off this tree and they raked, swept, and blew every one that was on the sidewalk or street, which was something I didn't expect. I have used Bartlett for seven years, since I moved to this address, and a few years before that at my previous home, and I'll be staying with them!
